En raison des contraintes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, les organisateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints d\u2019annuler fin mai les championnats du monde des m\u00e9tiers. Cette annulation, qui avait laiss\u00e9 un go\u00fbt amer dans la bouche des 37 membres du SwissSkills National Team (l\u2019\u00e9quipe nationale SwissSkills) \u2013 dont Julia Th\u00f6ny (p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie) et Vera Stocker (boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie) \u2013, a retrouv\u00e9 un go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieusement sucr\u00e9. Plut\u00f4t que de se d\u00e9rouler dans la plus grande ville de Chine, les WorldSkills auront lieu de fa\u00e7on d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e sous le nom de WorldSkills Competition 2022 Special Edition, entre septembre et novembre\u202f2022. Cette solution s\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 dessin\u00e9e en filigrane fin juin. La voil\u00e0 d\u00e9finitive. En tout, 15 pays ont pris le relais, r\u00e9partissant entre eux les 60 m\u00e9tiers. La Suisse s\u2019est vue attribuer le plus grand contingent puisqu\u2019elle organisera 13 championnats sur 60. Aarau, B\u00e2le, Berne, Gen\u00e8ve, Lucerne et Montreux sont les villes dans lesquelles se d\u00e9rouleront les comp\u00e9titions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-richemont-accueillera-des-competitions\">Richemont accueillera des comp\u00e9titions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les championnats du monde de boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie et de p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie se d\u00e9rouleront \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne. L\u2019institut jouit d\u2019une grande exp\u00e9rience, tant dans l\u2019organisation de grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements que dans la collaboration avec des organisations et des professionnels internationaux. L\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont est toutefois confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un double d\u00e9fi\u2009: elle doit d\u2019une part continuer \u00e0 assurer une excellente pr\u00e9paration s\u00e9rieuse aux deux participantes suisses en vue de leurs interventions. En tant qu\u2019organisatrice, l\u2019\u00c9cole professionnelle Richemont entend d\u2019autre part cr\u00e9er les meilleures conditions possibles pour tous les participants, les experts et leurs accompagnateurs. Outre le directeur Reto Fries, Urs Meichtry (infrastructure), Urs R\u00f6thlin (jury boulangerie) et Vanessa Schnyder (jury confiserie) collaborent activement \u00e0 ce projet, sans m\u00e9nager leurs efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>\u00ab\u2009C\u2019est formidable que plus de 1000 jeunes professionnels du monde entier puissent tout de m\u00eame d\u00e9montrer leur savoir-faire lors des WorldSkills.\u2009\u00bb<\/strong><\/p><cite>Andr\u00e9 Burri<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement important de la Suisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les WorldSkills Competition 2022 d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s peuvent avoir lieu, c\u2019est aussi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019engagement de la Suisse. SwissSkills, en collaboration avec d\u2019autres associations nationales, ont fait la promotion de cette formule alternative aupr\u00e8s de WorldSkills International. Andr\u00e9 Burri, directeur de SwissSkills, est pleinement satisfait\u2009: \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est formidable que plus de 1000 jeunes professionnels du monde entier puissent tout de m\u00eame d\u00e9montrer leur savoir-faire lors des WorldSkills.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andr\u00e9 Burri rend hommage aux associations professionnelles suisses qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 rapatrier les 13 comp\u00e9titions. \u00ab\u2009D\u2019embl\u00e9e, nous avons senti un tr\u00e8s grand engagement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des associations professionnelles, d\u00e9sireuses de r\u00e9aliser les comp\u00e9titions dans leurs m\u00e9tiers.\u2009\u00bb Le directeur explique que durant les WorldSkills Competition 2022, la Suisse gagnera une visibilit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire pour la formation professionnelle. A l\u2019exemple des 37 comp\u00e9titeurs, il sera possible de d\u00e9montrer l\u2019importance que rev\u00eat un bon syst\u00e8me de formation professionnelle pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie et la
