Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement festif, empreint de passion et d\u2019\u00e9motion, avec deux nouveaux chevaliers prometteurs ainsi qu\u2019un compagnon tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cial\u2009: le conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Guy Parmelin.\u2002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/galerie\/fete-des-fetes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Galerie de photos&#8230;\u00bb<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nouveaux membres des chevaliers vaudois sont Ronny Andr\u00e9, qui dirige son entreprise depuis 2007 \u00e0 M\u00e9zi\u00e8res, et Cyril Bezen\u00e7on. Ce dernier a ouvert sa boulangerie \u00e0 Goumoens-la-Ville en 2019. Manifestement touch\u00e9 par cet accueil, c\u2019est pour lui un r\u00eave de longue date qui se r\u00e9alise. Dans son discours, le Grand Ma\u00eetre vaudois Simon Nicod (La Sarrasine, Lucens) s\u2019est r\u00e9joui de cette rel\u00e8ve\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Elle est essentielle et montre que les artisans qui p\u00e9trissent la p\u00e2te ne sont pas un mythe, comme certains essaient malheureusement de nous le faire croire.\u2009\u00bb Neuf boulangers-confiseurs ont obtenu une \u00e9toile suppl\u00e9mentaire sur la base de l\u2019examen du pain (voir liste). Robert Porchet, le Grand Ma\u00eetre de la Suisse latine, a parl\u00e9 de la \u00ab\u2009\u2039\u2009famille d\u2019artisans\u2009\u203a qui transmet nos valeurs\u2009\u00bb. Il a souhait\u00e9 un bon voyage \u00e0 ses amis en qu\u00eate du vrai, du bon et du beau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral fait Compagnon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s Pascal Couchepin, le ministre de l\u2019\u00e9conomie Guy Parmelin est le deuxi\u00e8me conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u00e0 avoir l\u2019honneur d\u2019\u00eatre compagnon. \u00ab\u2009Esp\u00e9rons qu\u2019il s\u2019engagera en faveur de notre artisanat dans le d\u00e9bat sur l\u2019\u00e9nergie\u2009\u00bb, pouvait-on entendre ici et l\u00e0 dans les rangs des invit\u00e9s. Ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faits compagnons Christian Muster (enseignant), Christian Muralt (pr\u00e9sident de la section bernoise), J\u00fcrg Tr\u00f6hler (chef de projet FdF), Martin Michel (directeur de Ballenberg), Laurence Cretegny (conseill\u00e8re d\u2019\u00c9tat VD), Gilles Meystre (pr\u00e9sident de Gastro Vaud), Olivier Sonderegger (pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association des centres collecteurs collectifs de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-octobre-concours-des-apprentis\">2\u202foctobre\u2009: Concours des apprentis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009L\u2019avenir a besoin d\u2019origine\u2009\u00bb, tel est le credo de la manifestation F\u00eate des F\u00eates (du 24.09 au 2.10). L\u2019acte d\u2019ouverture de samedi dernier \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 marqu\u00e9 par la diversit\u00e9 des traditions suisses\u2009: apr\u00e8s l\u2019impressionnante entr\u00e9e des invit\u00e9s d\u2019Obwald, men\u00e9s par le Wildmaa et la Wildwyb, le ch\u0153ur de la Confr\u00e9rie du Gruy\u00e8re a assur\u00e9 le cadre festif. Le temps automnal, parfois maussade et pluvieux, n\u2019a toutefois pas troubl\u00e9 l\u2019ambiance au Ballenberg. Les partenaires de la f\u00eate, venus de plus de dix cantons et de toutes les r\u00e9gions linguistiques de Suisse, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux visiteurs leurs sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s et coutumes r\u00e9gionales.
