Aujourd\u2019hui cheffe p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, en pr\u00e9paration du brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, elle accompagne \u00e0 son tour des apprentis. Un r\u00f4le qui la passionne\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2007, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mon apprentissage \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/wolfisberg.org\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Wolfisberg<\/a> \u00e0 Carouge (GE). Trois ans plus tard, j\u2019ai obtenu mon CFC de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse-chocolati\u00e8re-glaci\u00e8re. Si j\u2019ai par la suite fait quelques stages en p\u00e2tisserie de restaurant, je suis tr\u00e8s vite revenue dans mon entreprise formatrice\u00a0; tout d\u2019abord en tant que vendeuse et serveuse durant trois ans. J\u2019ai pu comprendre ce qu\u2019\u00e9tait le contact \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, son accompagnement, et mieux appr\u00e9hender le processus du produit au client. Puis, je suis retourn\u00e9e au laboratoire, en p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s vite sous-cheffe et responsable de formation, je suis aussi devenu experte aux examens et commissaire d\u2019apprentissage. J\u2019ai obtenu le poste de cheffe p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re en 2016. Finalement, je me forme pour le brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, depuis un an et demi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deux-secteurs-importants-et-complementaires\"><strong>Deux secteurs importants et compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce parcours m\u2019a permis d\u2019accompagner beaucoup d\u2019apprentis sous tous les aspects de leur formation&nbsp;; plut\u00f4t dans la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, mais \u00e9galement quelques-uns dans la vente. Ces deux secteurs sont importants et compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante. L\u2019accompagnement, la transmission et l\u2019\u00e9volution de nos apprentis me passionnent. Former les boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs permet de donner de beaux produits que la vente met en avant. Un produit de qualit\u00e9 ne peut pas tout faire, c\u2019est un travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe. La transmission des connaissances est aussi enrichissante pour l\u2019apprenti que pour nous. Elle encourage l\u2019\u00e9volution, la recherche de nouvelles techniques et nous \u00e0 nous former.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la vente, la formation est fondamentale pour pouvoir expliquer et d\u00e9tailler correctement les produits \u00e0 la client\u00e8le. Bien conna\u00eetre son assortiment permet de bien la conseiller lors d\u2019un achat ou d\u2019une commande sp\u00e9ciale. Le personnel form\u00e9 poss\u00e9dera toutes les cartes pour la servir de mani\u00e8re optimale en appliquant les bonnes r\u00e8gles d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne. Des connaissances essentielles dans l\u2019image que se fait la client\u00e8le du commerce, car c\u2019est avec les vendeuses et vendeurs qu\u2019elle \u00e9change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les structures d\u2019une boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie offrent un lieu de travail \u00e0 taille humaine pour un accompagnement r\u00e9ussi de la rel\u00e8ve. La formation est l\u2019avenir de nos m\u00e9tiers.
