Une distinction \u00e0 laquelle cette passionn\u00e9e ne s&#8217;attendait pas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Il n\u2019est pas facile d\u2019accompagner les jeunes vers leur vie d\u2019adulte \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mona Vetsch, m\u00e8re de trois adolescents, qui a anim\u00e9 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise du prix \u00ab Formateur de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00bb de la branche des denr\u00e9es alimentaires lundi dernier au Kaufleuten de Zurich. Sa d\u00e9claration a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e, mais les porteurs d&#8217;avenir nomin\u00e9s \u00e9taient unanimes pour dire que les bons c\u00f4t\u00e9s de leur t\u00e2che l&#8217;emportaient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-fierte-professionnelle\"><strong><strong>Une fiert\u00e9 professionnelle<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour notre branche, outre Monika Stampfli, (inscrite par l&#8217;apprentie Laura Sch\u00fcrch), Alexandra L\u00f6tscher de la boulangerie Hotz Rust AG \u00e0 Baar (ZG) (par Bernadette Wipfli), ainsi que Jonas Walther de la confiserie Aebischer \u00e0 Liestal (BL) (par Esma Karadeniz), \u00e9taient nomin\u00e9s pour le titre de Porteur d&#8217;avenir 2022. Cette distinction signifie beaucoup pour moi ! \u00bb Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;annonce, l&#8217;animatrice a remarqu\u00e9 quelques larmes de joie dans les yeux de Laura Sch\u00fcrch. Elle non plus ne s&#8217;y attendait pas, m\u00eame si elle savait pourquoi sa formatrice m\u00e9ritait le titre: \u00ab Monika Stampfli est toujours l\u00e0 pour nous, elle fait preuve d\u2019un grand engagement et est toujours motiv\u00e9e et passionn\u00e9e par son travail. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u00ab C&#8217;est une \u00e9norme surprise, je ne m&#8217;y attendais pas. Cette distinction signifie beaucoup pour moi ! \u00bb<\/p><cite>Monika Stampfli<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme toutes deux ne s&#8217;attendaient pas \u00e0 gagner, elles ne savaient pas encore ce soir-l\u00e0 comment elles allaient utiliser la prime de CHF 6000.-. \u00abNous allons faire quelque chose ensemble, quelque chose qui restera grav\u00e9 dans nos m\u00e9moires\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l&#8217;apprentie.<br>Alexandra L\u00f6tscher et Jonas Walther ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9s par CHF 2000.- chacun pour leur engagement. Comme ils l&#8217;ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 lors de la soir\u00e9e, ils vont eux aussi entreprendre quelque chose ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Une note finale sucr\u00e9e<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionnellement, les laur\u00e9ats de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente surprennent les invit\u00e9s avec des plats et des boissons apr\u00e8s la remise des prix. Ainsi, Andreas Stricker de l&#8217;exploitation Ernst Hotz AG \u00e0 D\u00fcbendorf (ZH) avait apport\u00e9 un dessert tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cial: le cheesecake de Sara Peter, son ancienne apprentie, qui l&#8217;avait inscrit au concours \u00ab Porteur d&#8217;avenir 2021 \u00bb. \u00ab Sara est rentr\u00e9e d&#8217;un s\u00e9jour linguistique d&#8217;un mois en Angleterre avec une recette de cheesecake. Nous l&#8217;avons tellement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e que nous l&#8217;avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 notre assortiment.
