{"id":49126,"date":"2022-09-21T14:28:04","date_gmt":"2022-09-21T12:28:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=49126"},"modified":"2022-09-21T15:09:58","modified_gmt":"2022-09-21T13:09:58","slug":"reunion-des-cheffes-expertes-et-chefs-experts-de-la-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/reunion-des-cheffes-expertes-et-chefs-experts-de-la-bcs\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9union des cheffes expertes et chefs experts de la BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Lors de la r\u00e9union annuelle des cheffes expertes et chefs experts de la BCS <\/strong>(<strong>CPex<\/strong>)<strong> \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont, l&#8217;\u00e9change ainsi que la r\u00e9trospective et les perspectives au sujet de la proc\u00e9dure de qualification (PQ) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 au centre des d\u00e9bats.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour commencer, Peter Signer, responsable de la formation Production \u00e0 la BCS, a remerci\u00e9 Regina von D\u00e4niken pour son grand engagement en tant qu&#8217;experte, cheffe experte, experte aux examens professionnels dans le domaine de la p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et membre de la commission CSDP&amp;Q. Elle d\u00e9l\u00e8gue son poste de cheffe experte du canton de Zurich \u00e0 Rafael K\u00fcng. Daniel Pfister a pris cong\u00e9 en tant que responsable de la formation des cantons de Berne et de Soleure. Peter Signer souhaitait et souhaite toujours que \u00abtout le monde\u00bb se penche sur le profil professionnel de l&#8217;avenir et fasse part de ses id\u00e9es au responsable de la formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directives de la proc\u00e9dure de qualification 2023<br><\/strong>Les directives pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e suivante constituent toujours un point essentiel de l&#8217;ordre du jour de la r\u00e9union des CPex. Quelques propositions et suggestions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es et discut\u00e9es par Esther Wehren (vice-pr\u00e9sidente CSDP&amp;Q). Si elles sont approuv\u00e9es par la commission CSDP&amp;Q, elles seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les nouvelles directives 2023. Pour les AFP, l&#8217;examen oral (artisanat et technologie ainsi que qualit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9) sera adapt\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2023. Les id\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9es avec les cheffes expertes et les chefs experts, les d\u00e9cisions d\u00e9finitives seront \u00e9galement prises lors de la r\u00e9union de la commission CSDP&amp;Q (d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et assurance qualit\u00e9) \u00e0 la fin septembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les directives 2023 seront mises en ligne d\u00e8s que possible sur forme-ton-avenir.ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cours interentreprise 4 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont, les directives de la proc\u00e9dure de qualification ne seront plus th\u00e9matis\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e (d\u00e9cision CSDP&amp;Q 2022), c&#8217;est pourquoi les CPex organisent en automne dans les cantons des informations sur la proc\u00e9dure de qualification. Les formateurs et formatrices sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer \u00e0 ces manifestations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profil professionnel BPC (boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie, confiserie) de l&#8217;avenir<br><\/strong>Peter Signer a inform\u00e9 les personnes pr\u00e9sentes de l&#8217;examen quinquennal \u00e0 venir pour la profession. Celui-ci fait l&#8217;objet de discussions pr\u00e9alables au sein de la commission CSDP&amp;Q et sera lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du printemps 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;aide de la m\u00e9thode Eisenhower, Peter Signer a montr\u00e9 o\u00f9 se situait l&#8217;examen quinquennal en 2023, \u00e0 savoir entre important et urgent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Signer estime toutefois qu&#8217;il est extr\u00eamement important de s&#8217;attaquer maintenant \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir de nos professions. Pour ce faire, il invitera \u00e0 une table ronde afin d&#8217;entamer le projet \u00abProfil de la profession 2030+\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e intensive, tous les participants se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s heureux d&#8217;avoir pu se r\u00e9unir une nouvelle fois sur place et d&#8217;avoir pu \u00e9changer leurs points de vue. Peter Signer, qui a dirig\u00e9 la s\u00e9ance avec Esther Wehren, S\u00e9bastien Knecht et Markus Zimmerli, a adress\u00e9 \u00abun grand merci \u00e0 toutes les cheffes expertes et tous les chefs experts, mais aussi \u00e0 tous les experts qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur grand engagement, ont permis un d\u00e9roulement sans faille des proc\u00e9dures de qualification\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>mz\/rv<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-examen-quinquennal-et-profil-de-la-profession-2030\">Examen quinquennal et profil de la profession 2030+<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout le monde est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la discussion sur l&#8217;organisation de nos professions.
