Apr\u00e8s cinq jours d&#8217;engagement maximal et une p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e9paration intensive, la r\u00e9trospective de Daniel Nyfeler, pr\u00e9sident de la commission du concours BCS, est tr\u00e8s positive.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C&#8217;\u00e9tait la troisi\u00e8me fois que vous participiez aux championnats suisses interprofessionnels nationaux. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois en tant que responsable g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Comment avez-vous v\u00e9cu ces comp\u00e9titions ?<\/strong><br>J\u2019ai assist\u00e9 \u00e0 des comp\u00e9titions passionnantes avec 35 (note de la r\u00e9daction: une candidate s&#8217;est bless\u00e9e \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute et n&#8217;a donc pas pu participer) participants tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9s. J&#8217;avais une tr\u00e8s bonne \u00e9quipe derri\u00e8re moi. L&#8217;ambiance \u00e9tait excellente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les comp\u00e9titions se sont-elles d\u00e9roul\u00e9es sans incident notable ?<\/strong><br>Tout s&#8217;est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9. \u00c0 une regrettable exception pr\u00e8s: un candidat s&#8217;est br\u00fbl\u00e9. \u00c0 ce propos, je te souhaite un bon r\u00e9tablissement, Tim!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S&#8217;agit-il de br\u00fblures graves ?<\/strong><br>Il s&#8217;est br\u00fbl\u00e9 avec de l&#8217;isomalt. C&#8217;est un substitut comestible du sucre, une sorte de colle chaude. Cela provoque de graves br\u00fblures. L&#8217;incident s&#8217;est produit \u00e0 la fin. Tim a pris sur lui et a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler pendant la demi-heure restante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Je suis \u00e9tonn\u00e9 de voir tout ce qui est venu \u00e0 l&#8217;esprit de ces jeunes gens. C&#8217;est de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat pur !<\/p><cite>Daniel Nyfeler<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce qui \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent par rapport aux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents SwissSkills ?<\/strong><br>Notre stand. Nous avons tir\u00e9 les le\u00e7ons des deux derni\u00e8res \u00e9ditions. Le stand \u00e9tait beaucoup plus \u00ab a\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00bb et plus clair. Les visiteurs et nous-m\u00eames avons beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 cela. De plus, le commerce de d\u00e9tail \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 visible de loin.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous et votre \u00e9quipe avez fourni un \u00e9norme travail. Quels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus grands d\u00e9fis ?<\/strong><br>L&#8217;organisation. Veiller \u00e0 ce que les livraisons de nos diff\u00e9rents sponsors d&#8217;appareils soient effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 temps. Tout a parfaitement fonctionn\u00e9. Je tiens \u00e0 remercier ici tous nos sponsors pour leur engagement en faveur de la rel\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment jugez-vous le niveau des candidats de cette ann\u00e9e ?<\/strong> <br>Le niveau augmente d&#8217;\u00e9preuve en \u00e9preuve, ce qui est en fait presque impossible !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les candidat-es ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment travaill\u00e9 sur les pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;exposition et les tables de vente. Le th\u00e8me \u00ab Les quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00bb n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas simple. R\u00e9unir quatre th\u00e8mes en un seul &#8211; les candidates et candidats l&#8217;ont interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e. Je suis \u00e9tonn\u00e9 de voir tout ce qui est venu \u00e0 l&#8217;esprit de ces jeunes gens. Dans notre jury, nous avons des expert-es de longue date, mais il y a toujours aussi de jeunes repr\u00e9sentant-es. Avec l&#8217;\u00e9valuation \u00e9lectronique de SwissSkills, tout s&#8217;est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9. Je ne peux que dire: merci, merci, merci !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outre les membres du jury, de nombreux b\u00e9n\u00e9voles se sont mobilis\u00e9s pendant ces cinq jours &#8230;<\/strong><br>De nombreuses personnes de notre branche \u00e9taient engag\u00e9es. Par exemple, des apprenants venus de la moiti\u00e9 de la Suisse. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, des apprenants bilingues de Suisse romande ont \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 leur aide. Ils ont r\u00e9pondu avec diligence aux questions des visiteurs et ont beaucoup aid\u00e9 en coulisses. En outre, nous avons eu recours \u00e0 des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont et de diverses exploitations. Nous avons form\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe formidable!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il y avait des expert-es et des assistant-es de Suisse al\u00e9manique, de Suisse romande et du Tessin. Y a-t-il eu des barri\u00e8res linguistiques \u00e0 surmonter ?<\/strong><br>Il y a eu tr\u00e8s peu de barri\u00e8res linguistiques. Si l&#8217;on ne pouvait pas s&#8217;exprimer dans la m\u00eame langue, on cherchait un d\u00e9nominateur commun. Quand il le faut, on se comprend d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re ou d&#8217;une autre. C&#8217;est en s&#8217;aidant les uns les autres que l&#8217;on progresse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce qui vous a le plus surpris ?<\/strong><br>Je suis toujours surpris par le nombre d&#8217;\u00e9coliers et de personnes qui viennent aux SwissSkills, \u00e0 notre stand. Ils sont int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Je suis \u00e9galement \u00e9tonn\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque fois de la diversit\u00e9 de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement. En fait, je savais \u00e0 quoi m&#8217;attendre, et pourtant j&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris. Qu&#8217;ils puissent s&#8217;impr\u00e9gner de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie que les candidat-es ont apport\u00e9e aux SwissSkills 2022. J&#8217;esp\u00e8re que cela se r\u00e9percutera sur tous les apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des souhaits pour nos membres ?<\/strong><br>Mon souhait aux membres est qu&#8217;ils continuent \u00e0 soutenir aussi bien les jeunes et \u00e0 les former \u00e0 de telles performances. Qu&#8217;ils motivent notre rel\u00e8ve \u00e0 participer \u00e0 de telles comp\u00e9titions. Les SwissSkills sont de plus en plus reconnus par les membres. Ils sont la vitrine non seulement de notre branche, mais aussi de chaque exploitation qui peut pr\u00e9senter des candidat-es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notre derni\u00e8re question pour vous: que ferez-vous ces prochains jours ?<\/strong><br>Je serais content de pouvoir faire une petite grasse matin\u00e9e. Car ces cinq derniers jours, je n\u2019ai pas beaucoup dormi. Le bruit et l\u2019agitation permanente dans les halles de SwissSkills sont fatigants. Mais il semblerait que je doive \u00e0 nouveau me contenter de peu de sommeil dans les semaines \u00e0 venir.
