Ceci est le quotidien de nos paysans expos\u00e9s aux affres du temps. Rien n\u2019est jamais acquis, rien n\u2019est jamais lisse et facile et \u00e0 tous les moments les choses peuvent basculer d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre en un mot l\u2019immuable n\u2019existe pas. Si pr\u00e9parer est une chose parfois angoissante et pourtant si importante, il en va de m\u00eame pour les artisans expos\u00e9s souvent \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils n\u2019osaient imaginer m\u00eame dans les pires sc\u00e9narios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui aurait pu imaginer la crise du covid, la guerre en Ukraine, les menaces de p\u00e9nuries gazi\u00e8res, p\u00e9troli\u00e8res et \u00e9lectriques et celles de l\u2019approvisionnement c\u00e9r\u00e9alier. Gouverner c\u2019est pr\u00e9voir et anticiper, nous voyons trop souvent les succ\u00e8s griser ceux qui les obtiennent et se voir toujours au sommet de la pyramide de ce dernier. Ceci, c\u2019est oublier que nos succ\u00e8s \u00e0 toutes et tous ne sont pas toujours inscrits dans le marbre et fig\u00e9s \u00e0 jamais. Les revers sont possibles de mani\u00e8re directe ou indirecte et nous ne sommes pas toujours les ma\u00eetres de nos destins. Savoir raison garder et nous renforcer lorsque les succ\u00e8s sont l\u00e0, mais aussi analyser les bases qui nous ont conduits aux succ\u00e8s est essentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s est comme une brique de la maison pos\u00e9e \u00e0 sa juste place pour y donner la meilleure assise possible mais cette maison ne se construit pas en un jour\u2009! Eviter la fuite en avant, aller trop vite et voler trop haut c\u2019est aussi parfois le d\u00e9but d\u2019une chute qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion, aurait pu \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e mais pour cela il faut accepter d\u2019y mettre l\u2019humilit\u00e9 dans le succ\u00e8s et ne rien prendre pour acquis d\u00e9finitivement. Le succ\u00e8s est parfois un outil de dispersion et de prise de risques inconsid\u00e9r\u00e9s et il ne doit pas nous faire oublier d\u2019observer et reconna\u00eetre ce qui ne va pas ou peut-\u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9. Sous le ciel noir de f\u00e9vrier tombe la neige, la neige qui le prot\u00e8ge le grain de bl\u00e9, vieil adage d\u2019une chanson paysanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, oui les moissons ont toujours lieu quand le grain de bl\u00e9 est m\u00fbr et \u00e0 l\u2019heure qui est la leur, avant c\u2019est trop t\u00f4t et apr\u00e8s c\u2019est trop tard. Alors, les moissons une marche vers le succ\u00e8s certainement, car moissonner des succ\u00e8s et des r\u00e9ussites et anticiper ce qui est, la meilleure solution pour \u00e9viter ce que nous ne voulons pas, mais dans la mesure du possible\u2026 L\u2019immuable n\u2019existe pas souvenons-nous en\u2009!
