Sur le stand des boulangers-confiseurs suisses, les meilleurs apprentis de\u202f2021 et\u202f2022 se disputeront le titre de champion ou championne suisse dans les cat\u00e9gories boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et commerce de d\u00e9tail. Au total, 150 m\u00e9tiers d\u2019apprentissage seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur place et 85 championnats seront organis\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme en 2018, les SwissSkills se d\u00e9rouleront sur le site d\u2019exposition bernois Bernexpo. Plus de 1150 jeunes professionnels se donneront \u00e0 fond sur place. Les meilleurs apprentis de\u202f2021 et\u202f2022 se mesureront \u00e9galement dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne de comp\u00e9tition des boulangers-confiseurs suisses. Avec, \u00e0 la cl\u00e9, le titre de champion suisse \u00e0 gagner ainsi que la possibilit\u00e9 de faire de nombreuses exp\u00e9riences, de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une pr\u00e9sence publique et d\u2019\u00e9changer avec des personnes partageant les m\u00eames id\u00e9es.<br>Les SwissSkills 2022 seront ouverts du mercredi au samedi de 9 \u00e0 17 heures et le dimanche de 10 \u00e0 17 heures. Ils devraient \u00eatre visit\u00e9s par 2582 classes, soit environ 60\u2009000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Une belle vitrine pour faire de la publicit\u00e9 pour la rel\u00e8ve et la formation professionnelle duale. Tous les participants sont assur\u00e9s d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention, car plus de 200\u2009000 visiteurs et de nombreux journalistes sont attendus\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-journees-de-competition-et-moments-forts\">Des journ\u00e9es de comp\u00e9tition et moments forts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne de comp\u00e9tition de la BCS, les douze meilleurs apprentis des cat\u00e9gories boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et commerce de d\u00e9tail se disputeront le titre de championne ou champion suisse. Pendant quatre jours, trois concurrents de chacune des trois cat\u00e9gories pourront \u00eatre observ\u00e9s chaque jour au travail. La dur\u00e9e de la comp\u00e9tition est de huit heures, nettoyage du poste de travail compris, dans la production et de sept heures dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail. Les comp\u00e9titions se d\u00e9rouleront du mercredi au samedi de 9 \u00e0 17 heures. L\u2019orientation boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie commence toujours \u00e0 7\u2009h\u200930 avec les \u00e9preuves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une \u00e9quipe d\u2019animation exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme en\u202f2014 et\u202f2018, la chanteuse et animatrice Linda F\u00e4h m\u00e8nera r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de courtes interviews avec les candidats et les membres du jury. Elle a une relation \u00e9troite avec lA branche et a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e Ambassadrice du pain et du chocolat en 2019. S\u00e9bastien Knecht sera charg\u00e9 de la co-mod\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise, comme il l\u2019avait fait avec succ\u00e8s en 2018. Daniel Nyfeler (lire ci-contre), pr\u00e9sident de la Commission du concours, sera pr\u00e9sent tous les jours sur le stand des boulangers-confiseurs suisses et donnera une interview par jour \u00e0 Linda F\u00e4h.<br>Si le public a des questions sur les comp\u00e9titions ou les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles se feront un plaisir de le renseigner. Par ailleurs, nos apprentis se tiendront \u00e0 disposition sur le stand pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions sur nos m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Et lA gagnantE ou lE gagnant est\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le samedi 10\u202fseptembre, la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture et l\u2019annonce du classement se d\u00e9rouleront dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne de PostFinance voisine, principalement pour les comp\u00e9titeurs et leurs accompagnateurs. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que l\u2019on saura qui sera couronn\u00e9 championne ou champion suisse 2022 dans chaque m\u00e9tier. Un billet s\u00e9par\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire pour assister \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le divertissant Programme du dimanche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimanche, il n\u2019y aura plus de comp\u00e9titions \u00e0 SwissSkills, mais le d\u00e9placement \u00e0 Berne en vaut tout de m\u00eame la peine\u2009: des discours et des d\u00e9monstrations passionnantes ainsi que d\u2019autres activit\u00e9s seront propos\u00e9s sur tous les stands. Dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne de comp\u00e9tition des boulangers-confiseurs suisses, l\u2019animatrice Linda F\u00e4h m\u00e8nera notamment des interviews r\u00e9guli\u00e8res avec diff\u00e9rents professionnels de la branche. De plus, les visiteurs pourront confectionner des tresses de beurre et recevront certainement l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre bon conseil. Des d\u00e9monstrations divertissantes auront \u00e9galement lieu, par exemple avec les championnes suisses 2020 et candidates aux WorldSkills 2022 Vera Stocker (boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie) et Juliana Th\u00f6ny (p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie). En outre, les nouveaux champions et championnes suisses seront interview\u00e9s par Linda F\u00e4h. Et, \u00ab\u2009last but not least\u2009\u00bb, vous aurez l\u2019occasion de piloter un puissant v\u00e9hicule ou d\u2019utiliser un appareil high-tech exclusif sous la direction d\u2019un professionnel.
