Souvenez-vous de vos ann\u00e9es d\u2019apprentissage\u2009; o\u00f9 l\u2019on disait d\u00e9j\u00e0\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Les jeunes ne sont plus ce qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient\u2009!\u2009\u00bb Vous, que pensez-vous des \u00ab\u2009jeunes\u2009\u00bb d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui\u2009; \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la m\u00eame chose\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait est que les apprentis d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui ne sont ni meilleurs ni pires qu\u2019avant. Le fait est que les apprentis d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui sont diff\u00e9rents de ceux d\u2019hier. Il revient donc \u00e9galement aux formateurs et formatrices d\u2019ajuster leur vision des jeunes adultes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nul besoin de r\u00e9inventer leur mani\u00e8re de former, il suffit d\u2019y apporter une l\u00e9g\u00e8re correction dans la compr\u00e9hension des jeunes adultes. Les cours pour formateurs de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont vont dans ce sens. La journ\u00e9e de formation suppl\u00e9mentaire porte pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur ce sujet. Des solutions sont propos\u00e9es pour que les formatrices et formateurs soient toujours au fait des derni\u00e8res informations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le certificat \u00ab\u2009TOP Entreprise formatrice\u2009\u00bb (topentrepriseformatrice.ch) en vaut vraiment la peine\u2009!
