Ils veilleront \u00e0 ce que la comp\u00e9tition soit \u00e9quitable et transparente. Les nominations et la s\u00e9lection du jury international compos\u00e9 de 18 personnes battent leur plein. Des candidats de 18 pays y participeront, dont le repr\u00e9sentant suisse, le p\u00e2tissier Abraham Balaguer, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 40 ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amaury Guichon : pr\u00e9sident du jury<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le franco-suisse Amaury Guichon est le chef et cofondateur de la Pastry Academy \u00e0 Las Vegas (USA), ainsi que le pr\u00e9sentateur de l&#8217;\u00e9mission \u00ab&nbsp;School of Chocolate&nbsp;\u00bb sur Netflix. Avec pr\u00e8s de neuf millions d&#8217;abonn\u00e9s sur sa cha\u00eene Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa vision personnelle de trompe-l&#8217;\u0153il compos\u00e9s d&#8217;objets physiques et d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ments figuratifs, qu&#8217;il transpose enti\u00e8rement en chocolat, a conquis le monde. Son savoir-faire et ses comp\u00e9tences artisanales sont devenus pour de nombreux professionnels une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 chocolat\u00e9e. Toutefois, sa p\u00e2tisserie, enracin\u00e9e dans la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise, suscite aussi une grande attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son r\u00f4le pendant la finale consistera \u00e0 coacher le jury et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce que l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des finalistes soit juste, neutre et transparente. Traditionnellement, les pr\u00e9sidents de jury ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 voter ou \u00e0 attribuer des notes, afin de pr\u00e9server leur caract\u00e8re neutre et leur r\u00f4le d&#8217;arbitre dans la comp\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kirsten Tibballs : cheffe du jury go\u00fbt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis leur lancement en 2005, les World Chocolate Masters (WCM) ont donn\u00e9 carte blanche aux finalistes pour qu&#8217;ils expriment leurs talents artistiques et culinaires \u00e0 travers le chocolat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la finale mondiale de cette ann\u00e9e, Kirsten Tibballs, p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re australienne et c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9 de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, dirigera le jury go\u00fbt. Elle sera responsable de l&#8217;\u00e9valuation \u00e9quitable des cr\u00e9ations o\u00f9 le go\u00fbt est au premier plan. Forte de son exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 la Savour School et de son talent pour aller \u00e0 l&#8217;essentiel, Kirsten Tibballs s&#8217;attachera \u00e0 coordonner l&#8217;\u00e9valuation juste et honn\u00eate des t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation par les 18 membres du jury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;MasterChef Australia&nbsp;\u00bb et est l&#8217;une des p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res les plus suivies sur Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yusuke Matuschita et Sachi Takag: chefs du jury artistique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le duo de chefs japonais Yusuke Matsushita et Sachi Takagi pr\u00e9sidera le jury charg\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences artistiques des finalistes. Leur mission : veiller au jugement \u00e9quitable des membres du jury lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agira d&#8217;\u00e9valuer les capacit\u00e9s artistiques des 18 finalistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les WCM les ont choisis pour leurs capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des formes uniques et leur langage visuel propre. Leur amour incomparable du d\u00e9tail et leur pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance \u00e0 transmettre leur savoir-faire en mati\u00e8re de p\u00e2tisserie et de confiserie font d&#8217;eux le duo de r\u00eave qui compl\u00e8te l&#8217;\u00e9quipe des chefs du jury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-informations-pratiques\">Informations pratiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La finale mondiale des WCM aura lieu du 29 au 31 octobre au Salon du chocolat \u00e0 Paris. L&#8217;objectif du concours est la promotion de l&#8217;artisanat cr\u00e9atif du chocolat et des de nouveaux talents. Dix-huit pays enverront leurs meilleurs talents et se disputeront le titre.
