Le pain Vallemaggia fait partie des articles de boulangerie les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La famille Peri \u2013 un couple, Fausto et Doris, et leur fils Giaele \u2013 est cr\u00e9ative, innovante et passionn\u00e9e par son m\u00e9tier. Son objectif\u2009? Confectionner des produits de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. Pour ce faire, elle mise \u00e0 100\u202f% sur la vente en magasin, et n\u2019effectue aucune livraison. Le succ\u00e8s lui donne raison. Mon p\u00e8re Ivo m\u2019avait encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre cette voie en me proposant d\u2019aller faire un essai chez l\u2019oncle Egiglio. Ce dernier tenait une boulangerie \u00e0 Cavigliano (\u00e0 environ 1\u202fkm de Verscio), et approvisionnait les petits commerces du village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous avez lanc\u00e9 votre propre entreprise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 22 ans. Que vous a apport\u00e9 votre m\u00e9tier pendant toutes ces ann\u00e9es\u2009?<\/strong><br><em>F.P.\u2009: <\/em>Mon m\u00e9tier m\u2019a apport\u00e9 beaucoup de satisfactions, mais m\u2019a aussi beaucoup fait transpirer. C\u2019est un m\u00e9tier difficile par rapport aux horaires de travail. Je n\u2019avais aucune exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de gestion d\u2019entreprise, et absolument personne \u00e0 mes c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour me guider lorsque je me suis lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 22 ans en reprenant la modeste boulangerie de Fabio Cavalli \u00e0 Verscio. Ce que j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9, avec l\u2019aide indispensable de mon \u00e9pouse Doris, est le fruit de mon travail et j\u2019en suis tr\u00e8s fier.
