Dans une douzaine de m\u00e9tiers, les \u00ab WorldSkills Competition 2022 \u00bb se <strong>tiendront<\/strong> <strong>m\u00eame<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>sur des sites suisses. L&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont \u00e0 Lucerne est l\u2019un d\u2019entre eux. Les comp\u00e9titions de boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie et de p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie s\u2019y d\u00e9rouleront.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019annulation des WorldSkills pr\u00e9vus en octobre \u00e0 Shanghai, les 38 membres du SwissSkills National Team continuent de se pr\u00e9parer aux championnats des m\u00e9tiers. Et \u00e0 raison : il semble qu\u2019un format alternatif d\u00e9centralis\u00e9, co-initi\u00e9 par la Suisse, puisse voir le jour. Il se peut m\u00eame que dans une douzaine de m\u00e9tiers, la \u00ab WorldSkills Competition 2022 \u00bb se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 divers endroits en Suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9ception \u00e9tait grande \u00e0 l\u2019annulation, il y a environ un mois, des WorldSkills 2022 de Shanghai en raison des restrictions li\u00e9es au Covid en Chine. Pour les 38 jeunes professionnels suisses du SwissSkills National Team, une annulation totale apr\u00e8s des mois de pr\u00e9paration aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement am\u00e8re. D\u2019autant plus que dans le cas des championnats des m\u00e9tiers, un membre du National Team ne peut s\u2019y pr\u00e9senter qu\u2019une seule fois et qu\u2019en raison de la limite d\u2019\u00e2ge, une participation aux prochains WorldSkills de Lyon en 2024 n\u2019est une option que pour tr\u00e8s peu de candidat-e-s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi SwissSkills s\u2019est imm\u00e9diatement mobilis\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de WorldSkills International, en accord avec les associations professionnelles nationales et avec le soutien d\u2019autres associations nationales, pour proposer un format alternatif afin que les championnats des m\u00e9tiers puissent tout de m\u00eame avoir lieu en 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019aura m\u00eame pas fallu un mois pour que cet objectif ambitieux se concr\u00e9tise. Les quelque soixante comp\u00e9titions des WorldSkills devraient donc avoir lieu dans le monde entier, dans des salons professionnels ou des centres de formation par exemple. \u00ab Il y a deux ans, apr\u00e8s l\u2019annulation des SwissSkills 2020, nous \u00e9tions face \u00e0 la m\u00eame situation en Suisse, et nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 organiser un format alternatif d\u00e9centralis\u00e9 avec les associations professionnelles. Ici, nous avons pu partager cette exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 un niveau mondial. Bien entendu, le contexte global rend les choses plus complexes \u00bb, explique Andr\u00e9 Burri, directeur de SwissSkills.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Suisse, lieu d\u2019accueil de divers championnats de la WorldSkills Competition 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u00e9pit d\u2019obstacles importants, les choses semblent bien se pr\u00e9senter : actuellement, WorldSkills International a attribu\u00e9 un lieu de comp\u00e9tition pour chacun des 35 m\u00e9tiers dans lesquels la Suisse souhaite concourir avec un-e comp\u00e9titeur-trice ou une \u00e9quipe de deux. Dans les prochains jours, tous les \u00ab h\u00f4tes \u00bb doivent clarifier certains d\u00e9tails en termes de faisabilit\u00e9. Au cours de ce processus, il peut y avoir des d\u00e9placements de sites, des retraits ou, faute de participation suffisante, des annulations. La r\u00e9partition d\u00e9finitive des m\u00e9tiers est attendue pour mi-juillet au plus tard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019heure, 8 sites ont provisoirement \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 la Suisse pour un total de 13 comp\u00e9titions. \u00ab Nous sentons un fort engagement de la part des associations professionnelles qui rendent la r\u00e9alisation de comp\u00e9titions dans leur secteur possible. Il y aurait m\u00eame eu plus d\u2019associations qui auraient donn\u00e9 leur accord pour une organisation en Suisse mais WorldSkills International a, \u00e0 juste titre, pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 partager les comp\u00e9titions entre les pays int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 les accueillir. L\u2019objectif de WorldSkills International est de trouver la meilleure solution possible pour chaque comp\u00e9tition \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Andr\u00e9 Burri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-engagement-important-pour-l-equipe-de-richemont\"><strong>Engagement Important pour l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de Richemont<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les deux comp\u00e9titions \u00abBoulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie\u00bb et&nbsp; \u00abP\u00e2tisserie-confiserie\u00bb auront lieu dans la semaine du 10 au 16 octobre \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9quipe de l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont est mise au d\u00e9fi&nbsp;: elle doit contribuer \u00e0 mettre sur pied deux \u00e9v\u00e9nements internationaux en un temps record. \u00ab&nbsp;L&#8217;image positive de notre \u00e9cole professionnelle sera diffus\u00e9e encore plus loin dans le monde.
