Nous travaillons beaucoup avec des agriculteurs et des produits r\u00e9gionaux&nbsp;; ce que les gens souhaitent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Allez-vous profiter de cette nomination pour faire de la publicit\u00e9&nbsp;?<\/em><br>Bien s\u00fbr, nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 diffuser cela sur notre page Facebook. Nous avons quand m\u00eame plus de 5000 personnes qui nous suivent sur FB et Instagram. Nous allons donc \u00e9videmment profiter de ce podium pour communiquer sur notre nomination nationale, comme \u00e9tant une boulangerie qui fait vibrer les Suisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pourquoi faut-il participer \u00e0 la couronne boulang\u00e8re&nbsp;?<\/em><br>L\u2019id\u00e9e c\u2019est de montrer tout ce que nous faisons d\u2019exceptionnel que les grandes surfaces ne peuvent pas faire. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que lorsqu\u2019on se pr\u00e9sente au Swiss Bakery Trophy, c\u2019est de se mettre en valeur, de cr\u00e9er des produits phares qui sortent de l\u2019ordinaire et de les mettre en avant. C\u2019est cela qui va faire ressortir l\u2019artisanat et la boulangerie suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Avez-vous un souhait pour le secteur&nbsp;?<\/em><br>Le secteur va quand m\u00eame \u00eatre m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 au vue des circonstances du conflits qui est aux portes de l\u2019Europe. Le pain va \u00eatre remis au go\u00fbt du jour, sur la table, \u00e0 sa vraie valeur. C\u2019est quand m\u00eame un produit d\u2019exception et, en plus, qui nourrit le peuple. Les gens vont bient\u00f4t s\u2019en rendre compte au vu du march\u00e9, Avec la hausse des co\u00fbts de l\u2019\u00e9nergie tous les produits seront plus difficiles \u00e0 avoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Un conseil \u00e0 donner aux membres&nbsp;?<\/em><br>Le conseil, pour les Romands mais aussi pour tous les boulangers de Suisse&nbsp;: il ne faut rien l\u00e2cher, se lever le matin, donner de son temps, mettre son c\u0153ur \u00e0 l\u2019ouvrage, faire de la formation professionnelle, qui est le moteur et former des jeunes.
