Le succ\u00e8s et l\u2019ambiance \u00e9taient au rendez-vous. L\u2019ordre du jour ordinaire a pu \u00eatre trait\u00e9 rapidement par notre pr\u00e9sident, Silvan Hotz. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par quelques points forts\u2009: la pr\u00e9sence de notre brillante rel\u00e8ve, la pr\u00e9sentation des championnes suisses en titre, l\u2019intervention du pr\u00e9sident international G\u00fcnther Koerffer et la remise officielle du collier de meilleur p\u00e2tissier du monde \u00e0 David Schmid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9signation du nouveau laur\u00e9at de la couronne boulang\u00e8re 2022 a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment fort\u2009; un digne successeur au couple Nicole et David Schmid ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 en la personne de l\u2019\u00ab\u2009excentrique\u2009\u00bb Daniel Amrein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des processus de travail exemplaires et une riche palette de services et de produits innovants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au jury de la couronne boulang\u00e8re. Ce dernier a consacr\u00e9 beaucoup de temps \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude et \u00e0 l\u2019examen des dossiers tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants qui lui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis. Nous avons choisi trois finalistes qui n\u2019auraient pas pu \u00eatre plus diff\u00e9rents les uns des autres\u2009; de par leurs prestations, les trois entreprises auraient m\u00e9rit\u00e9 de remporter la couronne boulang\u00e8re 2022.
