Il concr\u00e9tise ainsi le souhait de ses pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseurs. Cerise sur le g\u00e2teau : le magasin se trouve en face de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement gastronomique. Fr\u00e9dy Girardet, Philippe Rochat, Beno\u00eet Violier et<br>aujourd\u2019hui Franck Giovannini en sont les artisans. Pour accompagner entr\u00e9es ou plats, le pain y occupe une place de choix. \u00ab Nous proposons \u00e0 nos clients une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de neuf ballons durant le repas, et sept grosses pi\u00e8ces pour le fromage \u00bb, annonce le chef trois-\u00e9toiles, avant de poursuivre. \u00ab Le pain est cuit en fin de matin\u00e9e pour le midi, et en fin d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi pour le soir. (\u2026) Cela a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 la force de notre boulangerie ! \u00bb L\u2019\u00e9tablissement poss\u00e8de son propre laboratoire : HVK Logistics S\u00e0rl. Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2007 \u00e0 Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne (VD), il emploie 18 personnes et compte une vingtaine de clients, dont le restaurant. \u00ab Auparavant, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque de M. Girardet et au d\u00e9but de celle de M. Rochat, un boulanger confectionnait nos pains \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-offre-qui-ne-se-refuse-pas\">Une offre qui ne se refuse pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au regret de plusieurs de ses chefs, le restaurant n\u2019a jamais dispos\u00e9 de son propre magasin. Dor\u00e9navant, c\u2019est du pass\u00e9 : la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurantcrissier.com\/boulangerie\">Boulangerie de l\u2019H\u00f4tel de Ville<\/a> a ouvert ses portes le 1er d\u00e9cembre ; juste en face du gastro. \u00ab Il y a toujours eu une boulangerie \u00e0 cet endroit. En juin, les propri\u00e9taires m\u2019ont propos\u00e9 de la reprendre. (\u2026) Si je leur avais r\u00e9pondu \u2039 non \u203a, je l\u2019aurais regrett\u00e9 toute ma vie, chaque matin en me rendant au travail \u00bb, confie M.
