Apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es difficiles, le congr\u00e8s de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs BCS pourra \u00e0 nouveau se tenir \u00ab en bonne et due forme \u00bb. Pour rappel, il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9 en 2020. En 2021, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 retransmis en direct. Seules quelques personnes se trouvaient dans la grande salle peu \u00e9clair\u00e9e du b\u00e2timent Bernexpo, habituellement envahie par les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et les invit\u00e9s lors de cette journ\u00e9e importante pour notre association. Une image surr\u00e9aliste qui correspondait pourtant \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Mais tout cela fait partie du pass\u00e9 &#8211; et nous esp\u00e9rons que cela restera ainsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>C\u2019est avec un grand plaisir que j\u2019envisage le 13 juin, date du 136e congr\u00e8s avec trois moments forts : les rencontres avec les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s, les repr\u00e9sentantes et les repr\u00e9sentants de notre branche et les \u00e9changes personnels avec eux, la visite du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbakersconfectioners.org\/en\/about-us\/\">pr\u00e9sident mondial<\/a> G\u00fcnther Koerffer, venu de Su\u00e8de, ainsi que la remise de la <a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/presentation-des-trois-finalistes\/\">couronne boulang\u00e8re 2022<\/a>. Le jury a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 trois nomin\u00e9s et leur a rendu visite. Il n\u2019y aura certes qu\u2019un seul vainqueur ce jour-l\u00e0, mais trois gagnants ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les actuels d\u00e9tenteurs du titre, Nicole et David Schmid, seront \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents. Sacr\u00e9 meilleur p\u00e2tissier du monde de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, <a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/entree-dans-lolympe-de-la-branche\/\">David Schmid<\/a> a atteint l\u2019Olympe absolu de la boulangerie-confiserie, ce qui me remplit d\u2019une grande fiert\u00e9.<br>\u00c0 bient\u00f4t au congr\u00e8s !
