Fascin\u00e9 d\u00e8s l\u2019enfance par les g\u00e2teaux, les tartes et les d\u00e9corations, il lui aura fallu des ann\u00e9es, plusieurs formations et une p\u00e9riode de service civil pour concr\u00e9tiser son int\u00e9r\u00eat de jeunesse en un apprentissage de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai toujours aim\u00e9 la boulangerie et la p\u00e2tisserie, m\u00eame si cela peut sembler banal. L\u2019un de mes premiers souvenirs \u00e0 ce sujet est un livre de recettes de g\u00e2teaux et de tartes que ma s\u0153ur et moi \u00ablisions\u00bb lorsque nous \u00e9tions enfants. \u00c9videmment, nous \u00e9tions encore trop jeunes pour comprendre les instructions, mais nous regardions surtout les images, mais j\u2019aurais pu passer des heures \u00e0 le faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec le temps, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre plaisir \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser moi-m\u00eame diff\u00e9rents produits, que ce soit pour des occasions sp\u00e9ciales, comme les anniversaires d\u2019amis, ou simplement pour tester de nouvelles recettes. Ce que je pr\u00e9f\u00e9rais, c\u2019\u00e9tait la d\u00e9coration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-choix-de-carriere\">Choix de carri\u00e8re<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus tard, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, lorsque le moment est venu de choisir une profession et de chercher un emploi, je savais d\u00e9j\u00e0 que les m\u00e9tiers de p\u00e2tissier ou de boulanger \u00e9taient ceux qui m\u2019attiraient le plus. Je n&#8217;ai pas pour autant postul\u00e9 pour un apprentissage. J\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 poursuivre mes \u00e9tudes, tout en gardant cette id\u00e9e en t\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019est finalement encore \u00e9coul\u00e9 dix ans avant que je commence mon apprentissage de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier \u00e0 Berne. Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cole de culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, j\u2019ai d\u2019abord effectu\u00e9 un stage d\u2019un an dans un journal. En 2020, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 un bachelor en communication multilingue \u00e0 la Haute \u00e9cole des sciences appliqu\u00e9es de Zurich (ZHAW), que j\u2019ai obtenu trois ans plus tard. J\u2019ai ensuite cherch\u00e9 un emploi dans le domaine du sous-titrage et de la traduction, mais sans succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-reve-d-enfance-devenu-realite\">Un r\u00eave d\u2019enfance devenu r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne sachant pas exactement quelle direction donner \u00e0 ma carri\u00e8re, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de \u00abreporter\u00bb ma d\u00e9cision quelque temps et d\u2019effectuer mon service civil d\u2019un seul tenant, ce qui m\u2019a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9m\u00e9nager du canton de Schaffhouse \u00e0 Berne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant cette p\u00e9riode, je participais chaque jeudi \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un repas de midi pour une trentaine de personnes avec un groupe de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles. Cette exp\u00e9rience m\u2019a fait prendre conscience que j\u2019aimais travailler en cuisine, et ce pas seulement pour moi-m\u00eame ou ma famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vers la fin de mon service, ma d\u00e9cision \u00e9tait prise: je voulais devenir boulanger-p\u00e2tissier. En juin&nbsp;2025, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mon apprentissage \u00e0 la boulangerie Meyer, \u00e0 Berne, et j\u2019obtiendrai mon dipl\u00f4me en 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aucun-detour-n-a-ete-vain\">Aucun d\u00e9tour n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 vain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-ce que je regrette de ne pas avoir choisi cette voie plus t\u00f4t? Non, absolument pas. Selon moi, les ann\u00e9es consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u2019autres projets n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 perdues. Elles m\u2019ont permis d\u2019apprendre beaucoup de choses, et surtout de comprendre ce qui me pla\u00eet vraiment dans le travail: le mouvement, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et surtout la diversit\u00e9.
