La durabilit\u00e9 environnementale, notamment la lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire et les \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie, ainsi que l\u2019engagement social figurent parmi les principaux objectifs. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9gion de Lugano, une entreprise illustre concr\u00e8tement comment une structure artisanale peut \u00e9voluer au fil du temps sans perdre son identit\u00e9.
