Elle s&#8217;est r\u00e9cemment rendue en Allemagne pour deux s\u00e9ances d&#8217;entra\u00eenement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9but avril, Regula Baschung, candidate aux WorldSkills dans la cat\u00e9gorie P\u00e2tisserie-confiserie, a suivi un programme d\u2019entra\u00eenement \u00e0 Ulm (D). Lors d\u2019un stage de deux jours, consacr\u00e9 au sucre, elle s\u2019est plong\u00e9e dans l\u2019univers du sucre \u00e9tir\u00e9, souffl\u00e9 et moul\u00e9.
