Il nous arrive \u00e9galement de recevoir des questions plus insolites, comme \u00abDisposez-vous de statistiques indiquant quel type de pralin\u00e9 reste le plus souvent dans la bo\u00eete?\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais depuis le battage m\u00e9diatique autour du pain \u00e0 99\u202fcentimes, les discussions ne faiblissent pas dans les m\u00e9dias\u2009: combien devrait co\u00fbter un pain honn\u00eate? En tant qu\u2019association nationale, nous ne pouvons ni ne devons apporter de r\u00e9ponse globale \u00e0 cette question, le droit des cartels nous l\u2019interdisant notamment. De plus, ce ne serait pas s\u00e9rieux, sachant que de nombreux facteurs entrent en ligne de compte, dont l\u2019emplacement, le prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, les salaires, les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et le processus de production. En tant qu\u2019entrepreneurs responsables, nos membres calculent eux-m\u00eames leurs prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formule \u00e9voquant \u00ab\u2009la mort de la boulangerie\u2009\u00bb g\u00e9n\u00e8re assur\u00e9ment des clics et des \u00e9motions, mais elle ne refl\u00e8te pas la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. La lutte pour la survie est certes rude pour certaines entreprises et start-up courageuses, et elle exige des efforts consid\u00e9rables. Mais notre secteur est bien vivant\u2009! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019innombrables entreprises traditionnelles et nouvelles entreprises innovantes en apportent la preuve chaque jour. Nos reportages dans Panissimo et sur swissbaker.ch illustrent cette diversit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e9loquente. Les gros titres sont faciles, mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est bien plus impressionnante.
