Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du couple de propri\u00e9taires, les collaborateurs se sont pr\u00eat\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exercice, acceptant de se retrouver sous les projecteurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les blouses en plastique bruissent tandis que l\u2019on ferme les boutons-pressions, et chacun jette un regard curieux autour de soi. \u00abLes cheveux doivent \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement dissimul\u00e9s sous le filet. Tenez-vous \u00e0 la rampe dans les escaliers et descendez prudemment: le sol peut \u00eatre glissant\u00bb, indique Konrad Pfister aux journalistes et au photographe. Avec Chantal Pfister, il dirige la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Fleischli et accueille aujourd\u2019hui les repr\u00e9sentants des m\u00e9dias sur le site principal de production, \u00e0 Niederglatt (ZH). Cette visite s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du 40e anniversaire de l\u2019entreprise, qui sera c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 en 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-collaborateurs-prennent-la-parole\">Les collaborateurs prennent la parole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Premier arr\u00eat \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie. Vers sept heures trente, l\u2019activit\u00e9 y bat son plein: les collaborateurs mettent la touche finale \u00e0 des g\u00e2teaux aux framboises. Lisa, ici, tout le monde se tutoie, s\u2019active. Responsable du service, elle \u00e9voque, au fil de la saison, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e prochaine des premi\u00e8res tartes aux fraises. Plus tard, elle confie avoir v\u00e9cu une exp\u00e9rience peu ordinaire: \u00abD\u2019habitude, je ne suis pas en contact avec les m\u00e9dias.\u00bb Elle en retient pourtant un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat. \u00abCela permet de voir non seulement l\u2019article publi\u00e9, mais aussi tout le processus qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 sa r\u00e9alisation.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La visite se poursuit vers le poste o\u00f9 sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s les produits de base destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie et o\u00f9 celle-ci est soutenue. Daniela, responsable de secteur, y pr\u00e9sente quelques chiffres cl\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise Fleischli. Le boulanger Rimas \u00e9voque bri\u00e8vement l\u2019influence de la maturation de la p\u00e2te sur sa digestibilit\u00e9. Premier intervenant de la visite \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer dans un allemand h\u00e9sitant, il n\u2019en livre pas moins des explications s\u00fbres et ma\u00eetris\u00e9es. Il confie qu\u2019il travaillait autrefois dans une boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie ouverte sur la rue: \u00abQuand des clients ou des enfants venaient pour un anniversaire, je devais les distraire. Lorsqu\u2019elle \u00e9voque les m\u00e9tiers de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier et de p\u00e2tissier-confiseur, son enthousiasme est palpable.
