De nombreux membres, formateurs, experts aux examens, enseignants des cours interentreprises et enseignants d\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Markus Zimmerli (responsable de la formation \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont et repr\u00e9sentant de Richemont au sein de la commission pour le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et la qualit\u00e9), Simona Carcano, qui participe au groupe de travail charg\u00e9 de la r\u00e9vision totale, et moi-m\u00eame, en tant que responsable de la formation professionnelle au Tessin, avons pu expliquer la nouvelle structure de la formation pour le futur profil professionnel de boulanger-confiseur\u2009\/\u2009boulang\u00e8re-confiseuse. Comme auparavant, les domaines de comp\u00e9tences obligatoires seront identiques pour les deux orientations. D\u00e9sormais cependant, deux comp\u00e9tences op\u00e9rationnelles \u00e0 option obligatoire devront \u00eatre choisies parmi quatre propos\u00e9es. Par ailleurs, le domaine sp\u00e9cifique choisi (boulangerie ou confiserie) d\u00e9terminera deux autres comp\u00e9tences op\u00e9rationnelles \u00e0 option obligatoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette approche dynamique offre \u00e0 davantage d\u2019entreprises la possibilit\u00e9 de former des apprentis, notamment celles qui, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, n\u2019\u00e9taient pas en mesure de couvrir la large gamme de produits requise. Nous constatons en effet que de nombreuses entreprises, aujourd\u2019hui sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans certains produits, ne pouvaient pas garantir une formation suffisante aux apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jusqu\u2019au 15\u202favril, il est possible d\u2019acc\u00e9der au questionnaire en ligne permettant de consulter le nouveau plan de formation et la nouvelle ordonnance sur la formation professionnelle initiale, pour en \u00e9valuer le contenu. Il est aussi possible de formuler des commentaires, de faire des propositions ou de soulever des points critiques, voire de sugg\u00e9rer des solutions alternatives pour certains points.
