Entre la mise en \u0153uvre de la directive MSST (appel \u00e0 des m\u00e9decins du travail et autres sp\u00e9cialistes de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail) et entre autres, le durcissement des normes incendies \u00e0 la suite du drame de Crans-Montana, le cadre r\u00e9glementaire semble s\u2019\u00e9paissir plus vite qu\u2019une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personne ne remet en question la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La trag\u00e9die de Crans-Montana rappelle cruellement que le risque z\u00e9ro n\u2019existe pas et que la protection de nos collaborateurs et de notre client\u00e8le est sacr\u00e9e. Cependant, force est de constater que l\u2019accumulation de protocoles, de check-list et de certifications finit par cr\u00e9er un paradoxe: \u00e0 force de cocher des cases pour \u00eatre \u00aben r\u00e8gle\u00bb, on en oublierait presque de regarder le r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bon sens, c\u2019est cette intelligence de terrain qui nous permet d\u2019anticiper un danger avant qu\u2019il ne devienne une ligne dans un rapport d\u2019accident. C\u2019est la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019un chef de laboratoire \u00e0 transmettre des r\u00e9flexes plut\u00f4t que des formulaires. Or, la multiplication des contraintes administratives risque de d\u00e9responsabiliser l\u2019humain au profit du processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9habiliter le bon sens, ce n\u2019est pas ignorer la loi, c\u2019est refuser qu\u2019elle devienne une entrave \u00e0 nos m\u00e9tiers d\u2019artisan. Nos entreprises ont besoin de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, certes, mais elles ont besoin d\u2019air pour exercer leur savoir-faire sans \u00eatre \u00e9touff\u00e9es par une bureaucratie de la pr\u00e9caution.
