Le responsable du service MSST Benjamin Horand sait quand il faut y avoir recours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et de la protection de la sant\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques dans l\u2019entreprise et la d\u00e9finition de mesures de protection constituent des champs d\u2019action centraux. Les mesures durables sont d\u00e9finies selon le principe STOP. La substitution est donc mise en \u0153uvre avant les mesures techniques, organisationnelles et personnelles (<a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/identification-des-dangers-et-le-principe-stop\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/identification-des-dangers-et-le-principe-stop\/\">voir l\u2019article en ligne<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si une entreprise pr\u00e9sente des risques particuliers selon l\u2019annexe 1 de la directive CFST 6508, il faut faire appel \u00e0 des m\u00e9decins du travail et autres sp\u00e9cialistes de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail (MSST). Concr\u00e8tement, les domaines de la m\u00e9decine du travail, de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne au travail et de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre couverts. En raison de leur potentiel de dommages \u00e9lev\u00e9, les dangers particuliers entra\u00eenent souvent des arr\u00eats de travail de longue dur\u00e9e et n\u00e9cessitent donc des connaissances sp\u00e9cifiques pour \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-checklists-reduisent-les-couts\">Les checklists r\u00e9duisent les co\u00fbts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises membres de la BCS b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du fait que de nombreux th\u00e8mes sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 leur branche sont couverts par la solution de branche MSST. Des checklists, par exemple, r\u00e9gissent la manipulation de la poussi\u00e8re de farine. Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es en collaboration avec les disciplines de la m\u00e9decine et de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne du travail. Si les r\u00e9ponses aux questions des sp\u00e9cialistes sont donn\u00e9es par les propres responsables de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une checklist, les experts n\u2019ont plus besoin de se rendre sur place, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un potentiel d\u2019\u00e9conomies pour les membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-demander-des-precisions-en-cas-de-cas-atypiques\">Demander des pr\u00e9cisions en cas de cas atypiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il peut n\u00e9anmoins arriver que l\u2019entreprise ne soit pas couverte dans son ensemble par les documents de la solution de branche. Lors de l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la solution de branche, on est parti du principe que les boulangeries-confiseries artisanales n\u2019utilisaient pas de chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs ni d\u2019entrep\u00f4ts \u00e0 rayonnages hauts. De m\u00eame, les travaux d\u2019entretien des fa\u00e7ades ou des toitures (installations solaires) ne sont pas des activit\u00e9s typiques de ce secteur. Dans de tels cas, il est utile de contacter l\u2019antenne MSST de la BCS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour de nombreuses questions, des documents compl\u00e9mentaires sont disponibles, ce qui rend superflue un recours de la MSST sur place.
