Comment allez-vous, vous et votre \u00e9quipe\u2009?<br>L\u2019incendie a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement marquant pour nous tous. Mais nous avons tr\u00e8s vite commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver ensemble des solutions pragmatiques, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, pour aller de l\u2019avant. Chaque d\u00e9cision prise nous a permis d\u2019y voir un peu plus clair. Ce soutien spontan\u00e9 et g\u00e9n\u00e9reux n\u2019allait pas de soi. Il nous a permis de redevenir op\u00e9rationnels tr\u00e8s rapidement. Quelques jours plus tard seulement, nous pouvions \u00e0 nouveau y produire du pain du fournil B\u00f6hli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux coll\u00e8gues boulangers du canton d\u2019Appenzell Rhodes-Int\u00e9rieures nous ont \u00e9galement soutenus en produisant pour nous \u00e0 court terme. Notre client\u00e8le a ainsi continu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre approvisionn\u00e9e en pain sans interruption malgr\u00e9 cette situation exceptionnelle. Quelques semaines seulement apr\u00e8s l\u2019incendie, l\u2019ensemble de notre assortiment \u00e9tait \u00e0 nouveau disponible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, le site provisoire fonctionne bien.
