En poussant la porte de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Aebersold, on ressent imm\u00e9diatement la chaleur d\u2019une maison profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans la ville, depuis maintenant trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de la boulangerie Aebersold est une v\u00e9ritable institution. Des clients viennent de toute la Suisse pour en savourer une part. Ce dessert doit son succ\u00e8s \u00e0 deux ingr\u00e9dients secrets : l\u2019amour et la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9. Avec les ann\u00e9es, la tradition a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 de nombreuses autres sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s, comme les tartes M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, aux lardons, \u00e0 la tomate, au T\u00eate-de-Moine ou \u00e0 la fondue. Pour Ulrike Aebersold, c\u2019est une \u00e9vidence du coeur: \u00abNous avons tant re\u00e7u. Il est naturel de partager avec celles et ceux qui ont moins.\u00bb <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, le pain d\u00e9di\u00e9 au temps du car\u00eame change de forme: il est parfois fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de quatre p\u00e2tes diff\u00e9rentes, d\u00e9cor\u00e9 de graines ou en forme de croix.
