Rencontre avec un artisan qui multiplie les r\u00e9compenses et qui porte la couronne boulang\u00e8re en gardant les pieds sur terre. \u2002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire la connaissance de Christophe Ackermann le jour de l\u2019Epiphanie, on ne pouvait r\u00eaver mieux comme hasard du calendrier. En cette p\u00e9riode importante de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, la boulangerie-confiserie qu\u2019il dirige \u00e0 Grandson (VD) depuis 2011 voit d\u00e9filer une nombreuse client\u00e8le en qu\u00eate de la traditionnelle galette. De quoi r\u00e9jouir celui qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sacr\u00e9 roi le 17\u202fjuin et qui est, pour une ann\u00e9e, porteur de la couronne boulang\u00e8re. Une distinction qui r\u00e9compense la vision d\u2019un artisan anim\u00e9 par la passion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p style=\"font-size:22px;font-style:italic;font-weight:600\">\u00abIl faut inculquer l\u2019amour du m\u00e9tier dans une profession o\u00f9 l\u2019on ne compte pas ses heures.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px;font-style:italic;font-weight:600\">Christophe Ackermann<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLorsque nous nous sommes rendus \u00e0 la remise des prix, nous savions seulement que nous figurions parmi les trois finalistes. Alors, quand le jury a annonc\u00e9 que nous \u00e9tions les laur\u00e9ats du concours, j\u2019ai ressenti une grande reconnaissance et, en m\u00eame temps, beaucoup d\u2019humilit\u00e9. Si d\u2019autres concours comme le Swiss Bakery Trophy r\u00e9compensent la qualit\u00e9 des produits, la couronne boulang\u00e8re, elle, valorise notre mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer l\u2019entreprise et notre philosophie. Cette distinction valide de nombreuses d\u00e9cisions prises ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, une vision entrepreneuriale et une mani\u00e8re de vivre notre m\u00e9tier au quotidien.
