Le passionn\u00e9 de pains aux bl\u00e9s anciens ne quittera pas pour autant son fournil. Il r\u00eave m\u00eame d\u2019une coop\u00e9rative boulang\u00e8re pour sa retraite.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 143 ans dans le Jura bernois, la famille Hofmann produit et sert des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de boulangerie-confiserie aux Reconvilierains. Repr\u00e9sentant la quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, Olivier Hofmann a repris la boulangerie et son tea-room en 1997. Il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une philosophie d\u2019entreprise ax\u00e9e sur les circuits courts, au fil du temps et des rencontres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-usante-paperasse\">Usante paperasse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La question de la transmission du commerce s\u2019inscrit d\u2019ailleurs naturellement dans la r\u00e9flexion du Bernois, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 63 ans. \u00ab\u2009Je n\u2019ai pas envie d\u2019arr\u00eater, mais je commence \u00e0 \u00eatre fatigu\u00e9 du travail administratif.\u2009\u00bb Et pour cause\u2009: en 2023, quelques ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s que sa maman a cess\u00e9 de s\u2019occuper du point de vente, trois fid\u00e8les vendeuses sont parties simultan\u00e9ment \u00e0 la retraite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-reprise-nee-d-une-rencontre\">Une reprise n\u00e9e d\u2019une rencontre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"678\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/viorica-mialache-1024x678.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-130197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/viorica-mialache-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/viorica-mialache-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/viorica-mialache.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Convaincue de la qualit\u00e9 des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de son futur bailleur et de sa philosophie, Viorica Mialache ne s\u2019approvisionnera pas ailleurs, sauf en cas de force majeure.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En octobre 2024 il a engag\u00e9 Viorica Mialache quelques heures par semaine. Cette quadrag\u00e9naire a rapidement fait preuve d\u2019une forte \u00e9nergie. S\u00e9duit par son attitude, Olivier Hofmann lui a propos\u00e9 de reprendre son tea-room de 28 places, apr\u00e8s \u00e0 peine un mois de collaboration. \u00ab\u2009Je n\u2019avais jamais vu une vendeuse aussi dynamique. Je devais r\u00e9agir. Comme souvent dans ma vie, j\u2019y suis all\u00e9 au feeling\u2009\u00bb, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse ne s\u2019est pas fait attendre.
