Lors d\u2019un de mes voyages au Ghana, un agriculteur m\u2019a fi\u00e8rement montr\u00e9 son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable. \u00abCela me permet d\u2019\u00eatre pay\u00e9 directement\u00bb, m\u2019a-t-il dit, faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 Mobile Money, un syst\u00e8me de paiement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu dans cette r\u00e9gion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette technologie, nos partenaires de projet peuvent verser directement aux familles de producteurs des primes pour un cacao de haute qualit\u00e9 ou pour une plus grande biodiversit\u00e9. L\u2019argent arrive sans d\u00e9tour et peut \u00eatre investi dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation des enfants, la sant\u00e9 ou de nouveaux plants de cacao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2017, la Plate-forme suisse du cacao durable r\u00e9unit autour d\u2019une m\u00eame table des fabricants de chocolat, des commer\u00e7ants, des chercheurs, des membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Ensemble, nous nous engageons pour que le cacao soit produit dans des conditions socialement et \u00e9cologiquement responsables. Les familles de producteurs de cacao en Afrique et en Am\u00e9rique latine sont au c\u0153ur de nos pr\u00e9occupations. En effet, ce n\u2019est que si elles se portent bien que la rel\u00e8ve pourra reprendre les plantations, et ce n\u2019est qu\u2019alors que les pralin\u00e9s fabriqu\u00e9s avec art par les confiseurs suisses pourront \u00eatre vraiment durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes heureux que la BCS partage nos objectifs en tant que membre. Notre vision est la suivante\u2009: chaque confiseur et confiseuse doit pouvoir indiquer de quel \u00abproducteur de chocolat\u00bb provient le cacao utilis\u00e9 dans ses pralin\u00e9s.
