Selon Lisa Frunz, responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail au sein de la BCS, l&#8217;objectif est que Franziska Furter reprenne \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir ce d\u00e9partement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole professionnelle Richemont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vente 2022+, PdQ&nbsp;2026<\/strong><br>Apr\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res PdQ \u00abVente 2022+\u00bb des gestionnaires du commerce de d\u00e9tail, les retours des experts et expertes de toutes les branches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s. La Formation du commerce de d\u00e9tail suisse a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019apporter des ajustements g\u00e9n\u00e9raux aux PdQ&nbsp;2026. Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour notre branche, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des apprentis, apprenties, experts et expertes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geste de la Zunft zur Pfistern<\/strong><br>La championne suisse du commerce de d\u00e9tail ne pourra pas participer aux WorldSkills. En guise de marque d\u2019estime, la Zunft zur Pfistern a invit\u00e9 les trois premi\u00e8res laur\u00e9ates des SwissSkills de cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e8nement, a expliqu\u00e9 Lisa Frunz, elle-m\u00eame membre de cette association, lors de la r\u00e9union du CC. Cette invitation t\u00e9moigne de l&#8217;estime que la Zunft zur Pfistern porte aux performances de ces jeunes professionnelles, mais aussi au commerce de d\u00e9tail en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Les invit\u00e9es sont: Anna Putzi, Fabia Stocker et Fabienne Mohn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ecole-professionnelle-richemont\"><strong>\u00c9cole professionnelle Richemont<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Richemont plus<\/strong><br>Bonne nouvelle: les r\u00e9servations sur la plateforme d\u2019apprentissage num\u00e9rique richemontplus.com augmentent chaque semaine. Un signal fort en faveur de la valorisation de l&#8217;artisanat, de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&#8217;esprit d&#8217;innovation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00e2tisserie Richemont: nouvelle direction<\/strong><br>Manuela Schwab a pris ses fonctions \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole professionnelle Richemont le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;octobre, succ\u00e9dant \u00e0 Urs Meichtry, qui prendra sa retraite fin&nbsp;2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WorldSkills 2026<\/strong><br>Les WorldSkills se tiendront du 22 au 27 septembre 2026 \u00e0 Shanghai, en Chine. Les deux repr\u00e9sentantes suisses \u2013 Gwenda Boesch dans la cat\u00e9gorie boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie (entr\u00e9e le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;novembre) et Regula Baschung dans la cat\u00e9gorie p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie (entr\u00e9e le 9&nbsp;d\u00e9cembre) \u2013 se pr\u00e9parent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole professionnelle Richemont en vue de ce concours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des chiffres r\u00e9jouissants concernant les apprentis et apprenties<br><\/strong>Le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 la nouvelle ann\u00e9e d&#8217;apprentissage cet \u00e9t\u00e9 avec des chiffres encourageants concernant les apprentis et apprenties. Il pr\u00e9voit un exc\u00e9dent de 12&nbsp;310&nbsp;francs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le budget&nbsp;2026 de la fondation de la caisse de secours, qui pr\u00e9sente un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 1&nbsp;380&nbsp;francs, a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 ent\u00e9rin\u00e9.<br>Celui de l&#8217;\u00c9cole professionnelle Richemont sera quant \u00e0 lui \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un projet de paiement exceptionnel de la commission paritaire (cpbc). Il apporte ainsi la clart\u00e9 et la stabilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires sans proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des changements mat\u00e9riels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Initiative pour un fonds climat: non<\/strong><br>Le comit\u00e9 central recommande de rejeter l\u2019initiative populaire \u00abPour une politique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et climatique \u00e9quitable: investir pour la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9, le travail et l\u2019environnement (initiative pour un fonds climat)\u00bb. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le Parlement a d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9 de nombreuses mesures incitatives en faveur de la protection du climat. Cette initiative affaiblirait la capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;innovation. La votation aura lieu le 8 mars 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-divers\"><strong>Divers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adoption de la strat\u00e9gie&nbsp;2030<\/strong><br>Lors de sa derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union, le comit\u00e9 central a adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;unanimit\u00e9 la strat\u00e9gie&nbsp;2030 de l&#8217;Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS). \u00abUn guide et une \u00e9tape importante\u00bb, s\u2019est r\u00e9joui le pr\u00e9sident Silvan Hotz. <br><a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/adoption-de-la-strategie-2030\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Vers l\u2019article&#8230;\u00bb<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SBC Fiduciaire SA sur la bonne voie&nbsp;<\/strong><br>\u00abNous avons r\u00e9ussi notre redressement\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Markus Koster, directeur de SBC&nbsp;Fiduciaire SA, lors de la r\u00e9union du CC la semaine derni\u00e8re.
