Derri\u00e8re cette marque se cache une femme qui a puis\u00e9 une nouvelle force dans ses d\u00e9fis personnels et qui incarne aujourd\u2019hui la saveur du chocolat avec joie de vivre, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019histoire de Juliana Veiga Hassler pourrait d\u00e9j\u00e0 remplir tout un livre. Originaire de Campo Grande (MS)\u2009\/\u2009Pantanau (BR), elle a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 \u00e0 Lisbonne (P) \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 18 ans pour y obtenir un master en Business Intelligence \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que la Sud-Am\u00e9ricaine a rencontr\u00e9 son futur mari. \u00abCe fut le coup de foudre\u00bb, raconte-t-elle. Ils sont en couple depuis 15 ans. En novembre\u202f2013, Juliana Veiga Hassler, alors enceinte, a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 \u00e0 Will (SG). La grossesse a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile, elle a d\u00fb passer plusieurs semaines \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital au Br\u00e9sil pour \u00e9viter une naissance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e. Sa s\u0153ur l\u2019a aid\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9m\u00e9nager en Europe, tandis que son mari, Philippe, est venu la chercher \u00e0 Lisbonne pour l\u2019emmener en Suisse. Son mari lui a offert de nombreux ateliers sur les macarons, les cookies, etc. Ses cr\u00e9ations ont rapidement trouv\u00e9 des acheteurs et acheteuses enthousiastes, et elle s\u2019est fix\u00e9 un objectif clair: \u00abJe veux devenir chocolati\u00e8re!\u00bb Juliana Veiga Hassler a donc suivi pratiquement tous les cours de la Carma Academy, \u00e0 Zurich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais sa deuxi\u00e8me grossesse a retard\u00e9 la r\u00e9alisation de son projet. Plus encore: \u00ab2018 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e tr\u00e8s difficile pour nous\u00bb, constate-t-elle avec le recul. A l\u2019\u00e2ge d\u2019un mois, on a d\u00e9couvert que le b\u00e9b\u00e9 avait une tumeur vasculaire et qu\u2019il devait suivre un traitement. De plus, une tumeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverte chez Juliana Veiga Hassler, qui s\u2019est heureusement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e b\u00e9nigne apr\u00e8s une ablation chirurgicale risqu\u00e9e. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode de th\u00e9rapie, cette femme d\u2019affaires dynamique a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le concept de Billy &amp; Bugga. Malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie, elle a ouvert son propre atelier, remport\u00e9 des prix lors de concours et est devenue ambassadrice Carma. Dans le cadre de cette fonction, elle a rapidement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son propre chocolat. Une nouvelle \u00e9tape importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-dernier-ne\">Le dernier-n\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis, tout va pour le mieux. Son dernier projet en date est un caf\u00e9 avec boutique \u00e0 Wiezikon (TG), qui a ouvert ses portes en d\u00e9cembre\u202f2024. L\u2019ancienne boulangerie, qu\u2019elle avait reprise en janvier\u202f2024, lui servait d\u2019abord uniquement de site de production. En automne dernier, elle a r\u00e9nov\u00e9 les locaux en seulement deux mois et accueille d\u00e9sormais sa client\u00e8le dans une ambiance chaleureuse, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de d\u00e9tails br\u00e9siliens et de souvenirs de sa r\u00e9gion d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pouvoir consacrer du temps \u00e0 sa famille, cr\u00e9er, produire, et photographier ses produits avec art, ainsi que prospecter, elle n\u2019ouvre le caf\u00e9 et la boutique que du jeudi au samedi. Pour le calendrier de l\u2019Avent de cette ann\u00e9e, elle s\u2019est inspir\u00e9e du village de Wiezikon: l\u2019emballage est \u00e0 la fois romantique et ludique, et les pralin\u00e9s qu\u2019il renferme emm\u00e8nent les papilles d\u2019une ambiance hivernale \u00e0 des saveurs tropicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Billy &amp; Bugga suscite un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat. Non seulement les m\u00e9dias r\u00e9gionaux ont \u00e9crit sur cette chocolati\u00e8re innovante, mais le magazine Schweizer Familie lui a \u00e9galement consacr\u00e9 un article. La client\u00e8le du caf\u00e9 avec boutique ou du magasin en ligne se montre souvent enthousiaste: \u00abJe re\u00e7ois m\u00eame des cadeaux en guise de remerciement, comme des peintures. Parfois, j\u2019ai du mal \u00e0 croire ce qui m\u2019arrive\u2026\u00bb La gratitude de pouvoir vivre son r\u00eave est son leitmotiv: \u00abCe n\u2019est pas seulement du chocolat, c\u2019est dans mon c\u0153ur!\u00bb<br>Juliana Hassler a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019autres projets: donner des cours cr\u00e9atifs sur le chocolat et fabriquer du chocolat \u00e0 partir de ses propres f\u00e8ves.
