Le comit\u00e9 directeur de l\u2019association et tous les niveaux strat\u00e9giques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 sa conception. \u00abCela permet de garantir que la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie, ses objectifs et ses mesures b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un large soutien et que sa mise en \u0153uvre soit port\u00e9e collectivement\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 le coach Ueli Schneider (Bureau Schneider \u00e0 Soleure), qui a accompagn\u00e9 l\u2019association dans cette d\u00e9marche. Les associations cantonales et r\u00e9gionales ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9es. La nouvelle strat\u00e9gie couvre les domaines suivants: r\u00e9seau, services, formation, politique, partenariats sociaux, communication marketing, marketing en faveur de la rel\u00e8ve, gouvernance et gestion de l\u2019association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLe travail proprement dit ne fait que commencer\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Silvan Hotz. Il va maintenant falloir \u00e9laborer et mettre en \u0153uvre les mesures correspondantes. \u00abLa mise en application durera cinq ans\u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. Ce travail est au moins aussi important que l\u2019\u00e9laboration elle-m\u00eame.
