Ce changement est important, car des salaires minimaux et un 13e salaire deviennent d\u00e9sormais obligatoires pour les apprentis. Chaque personne en formation doit certes verser une contribution aux frais d\u2019ex\u00e9cution de deux francs par mois, mais elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie en contrepartie d\u2019une subvention sur le mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019aspect le plus int\u00e9ressant de cette convention est qu\u2019elle s\u2019applique uniform\u00e9ment dans toute la Suisse\u2009: m\u00eames salaires minimaux, r\u00e9glementations en mati\u00e8re de temps de travail, dispositions sur le travail de nuit, les vacances, etc. Les exigences minimales pr\u00e9vues par ladite convention doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es\u2009; des conditions plus avantageuses pour les apprentis restent naturellement possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le canton du Tessin, nous nous attendions \u00e0 une baisse du nombre d\u2019apprentis. Or ce n\u2019est pas le cas\u2009: le nombre de jeunes ayant commenc\u00e9 leur apprentissage est identique \u00e0 celui de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<br>La nouvelle formation 2030 sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e le 27\u202fjanvier \u00e0 Trevano (TI). Toutes les personnes actives dans la formation professionnelle auront alors l\u2019occasion de d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement des travaux et de comprendre la direction dans laquelle le projet \u00e9volue.
