{"id":129599,"date":"2025-11-26T11:38:53","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T10:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=129599"},"modified":"2025-11-26T13:42:28","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T12:42:28","slug":"des-propos-forts-lors-lad-des-meuniers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/des-propos-forts-lors-lad-des-meuniers\/","title":{"rendered":"Des propos forts lors l\u2019AD des meuniers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La situation actuellement difficile du march\u00e9 et les \u00e9lections au comit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les points centraux de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des meuniers suisses qui s\u2019est tenue la semaine derni\u00e8re \u00e0 Winterthour (ZH).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019AD \u00e0 Winterthour a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la satisfaction li\u00e9e \u00e0 la bonne r\u00e9colte de cette ann\u00e9e (voir le rapport sur la Journ\u00e9e de la qualit\u00e9 du bl\u00e9), mais aussi par les inqui\u00e9tudes face aux d\u00e9fis majeurs auxquels est confront\u00e9e la fili\u00e8re meuni\u00e8re \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux, ainsi que par l&#8217;action du pain \u00e0 99&nbsp;centimes lanc\u00e9e par les discounters. Dans son allocution d&#8217;ouverture, le pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des meuniers suisses, Thomas Helbling a tenu des propos forts et plaid\u00e9 en faveur de la recherche de solutions communes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-lueurs-d-espoir-dans-le-secteur\">Des lueurs d&#8217;espoir dans le secteur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re et ses partenaires ont emprunt\u00e9 une voie int\u00e9ressante l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re dans la cr\u00e9ation de valeur. Les signes avant-coureurs d\u2019une mauvaise r\u00e9colte ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 temps, et des solutions pragmatiques trouv\u00e9es conjointement. Le pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 plusieurs entreprises membres qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs projets, ont su trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre innovation et tradition. Thomas Helbling a \u00e9galement exprim\u00e9 sa fiert\u00e9 pour la rel\u00e8ve meuni\u00e8re, qui s&#8217;est illustr\u00e9e au niveau international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des aspects positifs ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en avant. Thomas Helbling a en effet f\u00e9licit\u00e9 Hermann G\u00fctler, vainqueur des masters des meuniers 2024 en Allemagne, ainsi que Rahel Pfaffhauser, revenue d\u2019Autriche la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant l\u2019assembl\u00e9e avec la m\u00e9daille d\u2019argent des m\u00eames masters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fin-de-la-production-d-amidon-en-suisse\">Fin de la production d&#8217;amidon en Suisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais les bonnes nouvelles s\u2019arr\u00eataient l\u00e0. Le pr\u00e9sident a soulign\u00e9 que le secteur meunier \u00e9tait actuellement soumis \u00e0 une forte pression. Parmi les \u00e9l\u00e9ments critiques, il a notamment cit\u00e9 la suppression de la production d&#8217;amidon en Suisse d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, les quantit\u00e9s moulues qui en d\u00e9coulent, ainsi que la d\u00e9localisation d&#8217;une grande partie de la production de p\u00e2tes pr\u00eates \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi de Wangen \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. \u00abNous avons maintes fois mis en garde les responsables politiques contre cette issue pr\u00e9visible\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Thomas Helbling. Cette attitude de bon \u00e9l\u00e8ve de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration n&#8217;a profit\u00e9 \u00e0 personne, si ce n\u2019est \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger. Il n&#8217;est donc pas \u00e9tonnant que les meuniers suisses doivent se battre encore plus durement pour conserver leurs parts de march\u00e9 et faire face aux attaques ext\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-pain-bon-marche-une-honte\">Le pain bon march\u00e9 \u2013 \u00abune honte\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas Helbling a vivement critiqu\u00e9 la guerre des prix que se livrent actuellement les discounters pour proposer le pain le moins cher. \u00abAlors qu\u2019elle co\u00fbtait encore un franc cinquante chez les grands d\u00e9taillants l\u2019automne dernier, la livre de pain ne vaut m\u00eame plus un franc aujourd&#8217;hui selon eux. C&#8217;est une honte; une honte, parce que nous savons toutes et tous que le prix r\u00e9el d&#8217;une livre de pain artisanal est de quatre francs. Hirt, est revenu sur les sujets de politique nationale concernant le secteur meunier. Il a notamment \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la situation de l&#8217;approvisionnement en c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables, la politique agricole&nbsp;30+, le syst\u00e8me de paiement en fonction de la teneur en prot\u00e9ines, le r\u00e9gime priv\u00e9 d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019exportation ainsi que diverses modifications de la loi. Les prix indicatifs restent inchang\u00e9s. Les membres subissent toutefois une pression consid\u00e9rable sur les prix. L&#8217;association s&#8217;inqui\u00e8te \u00e9galement des limites maximales pour les alcalo\u00efdes de l&#8217;ergot. Des valeurs limites plus strictes auraient pu \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es \u00e0 la mi-2024.
