Remo Boesch, directeur adjoint de la boulangerie H\u00e4nggi \u00e0 Rothenburg (LU), illustre ce propos par une anecdote: \u00abUn client important nous a notifi\u00e9 que les d\u00e9clarations, les allerg\u00e8nes et les valeurs nutritionnelles devaient notamment \u00eatre disponibles sous forme num\u00e9rique via une interface dans un d\u00e9lai de six mois. Nous disposions d\u00e9j\u00e0 de notre ERP avec les donn\u00e9es souhait\u00e9es. Nous avons donc pu r\u00e9pondre rapidement \u00e0 cette demande et n\u2019avons eu qu\u2019\u00e0 coordonner les interfaces.\u00bb Sans ce travail pr\u00e9paratoire, H\u00e4nggi aurait probablement perdu ce client. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, \u00abcela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un avantage concurrentiel qui nous a permis de nous d\u00e9marquer\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise mise sur des outils num\u00e9riques pour la gestion des commandes, la production et la communication interne. \u00abJe dirais que nous sommes en avance sur notre temps pour une boulangerie\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Nicola Weber. Le jeune homme a obtenu son bachelor en ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9conomique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2025.
