Pendant la grossesse et l\u2019allaitement, les femmes sont plus sensibles aux risques et aux contraintes. Si des travaux dangereux ou p\u00e9nibles sont effectu\u00e9s sur le lieu de travail, l\u2019employeur doit proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation des risques. En l\u2019absence d\u2019une telle \u00e9valuation, le corps m\u00e9dical doit prononcer une interdiction de travailler.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La BCS a r\u00e9cemment mis \u00e0 jour le chapitre 6.10 \u00abProtection de la sant\u00e9 en cas de maternit\u00e9\u00bb dans la solution de branche MSST. Le concept r\u00e9vis\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit que l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques soit effectu\u00e9e ind\u00e9pendamment d\u2019une grossesse d\u00e9clar\u00e9e. Toutes les collaboratrices sont d\u00e9sormais inform\u00e9es d\u00e8s leur entr\u00e9e en fonction des activit\u00e9s qui doivent faire l\u2019objet de mesures de protection suppl\u00e9mentaires en cas de grossesse. L\u2019objectif est de faire en sorte que l\u2019information sur une grossesse parvienne le plus t\u00f4t possible \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
