Transition ne veut pas dire immobilisme bien au contraire car apr\u00e8s la fin des r\u00e9coltes, les vendanges, les brisol\u00e9es et la joie des soupes et g\u00e2teaux \u00e0 la courge, novembre est l\u00e0.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Octobre fut un mois assombri par les attaques et la guerre ouverte lanc\u00e9e \u00e0 travers le prix du pain. Mais plus grave le m\u00e9pris du travail des artisans vous mes chers coll\u00e8gues et amis qui donnez le pain quotidien tous les jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce m\u00e9pris ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0. Il affecte de fa\u00e7ons diverses les paysans et les meuniers qui sont des maillons de la cha\u00eene alimentaire et la population prise au pi\u00e8ge du dieu fric manipul\u00e9 de diverses mani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produire et vendre \u00e0 perte ceci est le constat mais derri\u00e8re celui-l\u00e0 se trouve de la concurrence d\u00e9loyale. Etre loyal, mot en voie de disparition sur la partition de la vie actuelle. Le monde devient fou et des d\u00e9rapages incontr\u00f4l\u00e9s sont fr\u00e9quents mais le mot est peut-\u00eatre faible car les d\u00e9rapages sont h\u00e9las contr\u00f4l\u00e9s et voulus sous des couverts gentillets d\u2019aider le peuple des moutons pour son pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais que nenni car nous savons toutes et tous que ceci est un leurre qui s\u2019appelle les prix d\u2019appel pour amener plus de monde dans les grandes enseignes et les discounters et se rattraper sur d\u2019autres produits \u00e0 la barbe du chaland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors oui les artisans doivent penser, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et agir en montant aux barricades pour mener cette guerre qui ne date pas d\u2019hier. Un des axes est la communication sur la valeur de nos produits, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des charges<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>et le prix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et des salaires. Mais aussi d\u00e9montrer les valeurs de nos produits artisanaux et de ceux qui les confectionnent. Artisans un mot qui d\u00e9finit un spectre large d\u2019engagements pour la sant\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9conomie, le soci\u00e9tal \u00e0 travers le Pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il serait donc temps de le rappeler \u00e0 nos \u00e9diles et \u00e9lites au risque de se retrouver eux aussi \u00e0 devenir que des produits d\u2019appels pour tromper les \u00e9lectorats.
