Il s\u2019est tenu du 15 au 19 novembre \u00e0 B\u00e2le, dans un cadre plus compact que d\u2019habitude.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igeho, le salon professionnel de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie, de la gastronomie, des repas \u00e0 emporter et du secteur \u00abCare\u00bb, a f\u00eat\u00e9 ses 60 ans d\u2019existence \u00e0 la mi-novembre. Avec ses quelque 400 stands, il a propos\u00e9 une s\u00e9lection passionnante d\u2019acteurs issus de diff\u00e9rents secteurs. Mais ce n\u2019est pas cet anniversaire rond qui a fait le plus parler de lui avant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement: avec deux halls au salon de B\u00e2le, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sur une surface plus petite que les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, les halls sud n\u2019\u00e9tant pas accessibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exposants-et-visiteurs-satisfaits\">Exposants et visiteurs satisfaits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des entreprises pr\u00e9sentes sur place a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l\u2019Igeho avait n\u00e9anmoins su tirer parti de ses atouts en tant que plus grand salon suisse du secteur de l\u2019alimentation, de la restauration et de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie: gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la surface d\u2019exposition, les stands ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s. Interrog\u00e9s, la plupart des exposants se sont dits agr\u00e9ablement surpris. Les installations et les appareils se sont bien vendus, les nouveaut\u00e9s et les innovations ont pu \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, et des contacts ont pu \u00eatre nou\u00e9s et entretenus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les visiteurs figuraient \u00e9galement des professionnels de la branche de la boulangerie-confiserie, que l\u2019on a principalement retrouv\u00e9s sur le stand de Pistor, partenaire officiel du salon.
