Entre les p\u00e2tisseries en famille et ses cr\u00e9ations en chocolat, la Valaisanne exerce sa passion qui ne cesse de grandir et de s\u2019enrichir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petite, je savais d\u00e9j\u00e0 que je voulais faire ce m\u00e9tier plus tard. Voir ma m\u00e8re faire de nombreuses p\u00e2tisseries \u00e0 la maison me poussait \u00e0 en d\u00e9couvrir plus. Tous les mercredis on passait notre apr\u00e8s-midi ensemble \u00e0 faire des petits biscuits, p\u00e2tisseries et autres pour le go\u00fbter. En regardant des \u00e9missions et des vid\u00e9os sur internet, j\u2019\u00e9tais fascin\u00e9e par la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 infinie de ce monde. Je n\u2019ai jamais voulu faire autre chose que \u00e7a. J\u2019ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me lancer et de r\u00e9aliser mon r\u00eave d\u2019enfance d\u00e8s que possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-boulangere-a-confiseuse\">De boulang\u00e8re \u00e0 confiseuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2020 j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mon apprentissage de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re \u00e0 la boulangerie Pellet \u00e0 Saint-L\u00e9onard (VS). L\u2019entr\u00e9e dans le monde du travail m\u2019avait beaucoup stress\u00e9e, mais j\u2019ai compris que j\u2019allais enfin pouvoir exercer le m\u00e9tier tant r\u00eav\u00e9. Cela me motivait \u00e0 avancer. Malgr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es durant l\u2019apprentissage, je n\u2019ai jamais abandonn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu mon dipl\u00f4me de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, je n\u2019ai pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 une minute \u00e0 suivre un compl\u00e9ment en confiserie. Je l\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le laboratoire de Raffin \u00e0 Martigny (VS). Durant mon ann\u00e9e compl\u00e9mentaire, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser une pi\u00e8ce en chocolat\u2009: une \u00e9p\u00e9e sur le th\u00e8me du jeu vid\u00e9o The Legend of Zelda. J\u2019ai pu l\u2019exposer fi\u00e8rement sur ma table d\u2019examen et par la suite dans la boutique de la chocolaterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019\u00e9tait un sacr\u00e9 challenge de se lancer dans cette cr\u00e9ation qui mesurait au final \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 80\u202fcm de haut. La difficult\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce r\u00e9sidait dans la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et d\u2019une bonne solidit\u00e9\u2009: le point le plus lourd se situait dans le manche de l\u2019\u00e9p\u00e9e qui devait se tenir \u00e0 la verticale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vice-championne-romande-et-tessinoise-2024\">Vice-championne romande et tessinoise 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le compl\u00e9ment r\u00e9ussi, on m\u2019a propos\u00e9 de participer La Finale romande et tessinoise des jeunes confiseurs. J\u2019ai tout de suite accept\u00e9 cette opportunit\u00e9. Je savais qu\u2019il y aurait beaucoup de travail qui m\u2019attendait, mais que \u00e7a allait \u00eatre une exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9ressante \u00e0 vivre. Et \u00e7a l\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9\u2009! Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 des heures \u00e0 travailler, chercher et peaufiner des recettes, le travail a pay\u00e9. J\u2019ai fini vice-championne romande et tessinoise 2024\u2009! La comp\u00e9tition a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience enrichissante et m\u2019a permis \u00e0 repousser mes limites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e8me du concours \u00e9tait La vie en rose. Nous avons d\u00fb r\u00e9aliser une pi\u00e8ce en chocolat sur ce sujet. Cela ma directement fait penser \u00e0 la chanson d\u2019Edith Piaf. J\u2019ai donc cr\u00e9\u00e9 un tourne-disque en chocolat accompagn\u00e9 de fleurs pos\u00e9es sur une structure \u00e0 l\u2019effet m\u00e9tallique, clin d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 la tour Eiffel.<br>Pour la r\u00e9alisation des pi\u00e8ces en chocolat, j\u2019avais un plan assez pr\u00e9cis, mais finalement je l\u2019ai beaucoup modifi\u00e9. En essayant des techniques plus insens\u00e9es les unes que les autres, j\u2019ai constat\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point notre m\u00e9tier est vaste. Voir mes cr\u00e9ations prendre forme et tester de nouvelles choses durant les pr\u00e9parations \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-s-enrichir-de-nos-erreurs\">S\u2019enrichir de nos erreurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui me fascinera toujours c\u2019est de voir ce qu\u2019on peut r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 partir de simples bases. En discutant avec mes coll\u00e8gues et en m\u2019inspirant aussi d\u2019autres chocolatiers j\u2019ai beaucoup appris. Le partage du m\u00e9tier c\u2019est ce qui rend le tout si beau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je retiens que m\u00eame si tout ne se passe pas comme pr\u00e9vu, d\u2019autres solutions existent toujours. C\u2019est uniquement en essayant que l\u2019on s\u2019am\u00e9liore. Il ne faut pas craindre d\u2019\u00e9chouer car c\u2019est ce qui nous fait revenir plus fort. Si une opportunit\u00e9 se pr\u00e9sente, des concours par exemple, il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter pas \u00e0 la saisir. Ce sont des exp\u00e9riences uniques et tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes.
