En cas de probl\u00e8me, il est l\u00e0 pour apporter conseils, aide ou r\u00e9confort \u00e0 un participant d\u00e9\u00e7u. Daniel Nyfeler, pr\u00e9sident de la commission des concours, est le shopmaster des SwissSkills depuis des ann\u00e9es, et le restera en 2025. D\u00e9couvrez son bilan dans l&#8217;interview ci-apr\u00e8s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Daniel, comment vas-tu?<\/strong><br><strong>Daniel Nyfeler: <\/strong>tr\u00e8s bien, je suis heureux et soulag\u00e9. Tout s&#8217;est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9. La planification et l&#8217;organisation ont une fois de plus \u00e9t\u00e9 excellentes. Je tiens \u00e0 remercier chaleureusement Urs Meichtry, qui a assur\u00e9 toute la planification et l&#8217;organisation des \u00e9quipements et de l&#8217;infrastructure. Il s&#8217;agissait de sa derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition en tant que shopmaster. Mais cela ne s&#8217;est absolument pas ressenti. Merci beaucoup pour ton engagement sans faille en faveur de notre branche!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce qui t&#8217;a le plus surpris lors de ces SwissSkills?<br><\/strong>Le fait que le niveau continue d&#8217;augmenter. Les jeunes talents donnent le meilleur d&#8217;eux-m\u00eames malgr\u00e9 le peu de temps dont ils disposent pour se pr\u00e9parer. Et la joie qu&#8217;ils d\u00e9gagent est tout simplement contagieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels sont les axes de progression possibles?<\/strong><br>Nous pourrions, par exemple, proposer aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves un espace suppl\u00e9mentaire dans lequel ils pourraient fabriquer de petites choses par eux-m\u00eames. Mais pour cela, nous aurions besoin de davantage d&#8217;auxiliaires et de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles en vue de les encadrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne disposons pas encore du budget n\u00e9cessaire pour cr\u00e9er un tel espace. Cela impliquerait des co\u00fbts importants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais quand je compare nos m\u00e9tiers \u00e0 d&#8217;autres, je constate que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves restent bien plus longtemps et s&#8217;int\u00e9ressent beaucoup plus intens\u00e9ment aux professions sur les stands o\u00f9 ils peuvent fabriquer quelque chose eux-m\u00eames. Aujourd&#8217;hui, observer ne suffit plus aux personnes en qu\u00eate d&#8217;un m\u00e9tier. Cela tient non seulement aux entreprises formatrices, mais aussi aux associations cantonales. Le coaching est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019en appelle surtout \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 des cheffes et chefs experts. L&#8217;inscription aux SwissSkills ne suffit pas. Les jeunes talents ont besoin d&#8217;un accompagnement actif. Mobilisez les anciens candidats et candidates! Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur propre exp\u00e9rience, ils savent,&nbsp; ce qui est exig\u00e9 et peuvent ainsi apporter leur soutien.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tu as le mot de la fin\u2026<\/strong><br>Je tiens \u00e0 remercier tous ceux et celles qui ont contribu\u00e9 d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re ou d&#8217;une autre \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement formidable.
