Entour\u00e9s de leurs proches, Adrien et Guillaume Charlet ont \u00e9largi les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 sans rien sacrifier \u00e0 l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 artisanale transmise par leurs parents. Leur ligne de conduite? Pr\u00e9sence, communication, rigueur et esprit de famille.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9sir de s\u2019\u00e9tablir \u00e0 leur compte am\u00e8ne Ghislaine et Didier Charlet \u00e0 Gryon (VD) en 1988. Ag\u00e9 d\u2019un an, leur fils Adrien est du voyage. Les artisans des Diablerets (VD) jettent leur d\u00e9volu sur le Combatton de la Place de la Barboleuse. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, les deux gar\u00e7ons s\u2019orientent sur la m\u00eame voie professionnelle que leurs parents. \u00abIls ne nous ont jamais forc\u00e9s, bien au contraire. Notre maman nous a d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 de faire ce m\u00e9tier \u00e0 maintes reprises\u00bb, se souvient Adrien Charlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapidement, les \u00e9poux int\u00e8grent la notion de transmission \u00e0 la gestion de leur entreprise. En 2004, ils r\u00e9novent le magasin et agrandissent le laboratoire. Quatre ans plus tard, ils cr\u00e9ent une zone de tourage, de traiteur, et proc\u00e8dent \u00e0 une nouvelle extension de la production. Chacune de ces transformations vise \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adrien rejoint la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en 2009 et Guillaume en 2012. \u00abNous avons fait nos apprentissages et nos armes ailleurs\u00bb, souligne l\u2019a\u00een\u00e9 \u00e9galement titulaire d\u2019un brevet. Au sein du commerce familial, les r\u00f4les des deux fr\u00e8res sont clairement d\u00e9finis\u2009: le premier s\u2019occupe de la boulangerie, le second de la p\u00e2tisserie et de la chocolaterie. \u00abDiriger tous les deux du m\u00eame secteur n\u2019aurait pas fonctionn\u00e9. Nos caract\u00e8res sont totalement diff\u00e9rents et nous avons chacun un temp\u00e9rament fort.
