J&#8217;\u00e9prouve une immense joie \u00e0 observer les jeunes talents, \u00e0 capter leurs \u00e9motions et \u00e0 recueillir l&#8217;avis des membres du jury.\u00bb L&#8217;ambiance est \u00abg\u00e9niale. Quand l&#8217;\u00e9quipe est bonne, le travail est un plaisir.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 31%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>S\u00e9bastien Knecht, Ecole professionnelle Richemont<\/strong><br>\u00abLe m\u00e9tier vit encore\u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit S\u00e9bastien Knecht. L&#8217;ambiance est tr\u00e8s bonne et c&#8217;est passionnant. \u00abLes participants et participantes sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, mais n\u00e9anmoins tr\u00e8s nerveux. Lors des \u00e9ditions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, il \u00e9tait toujours venu en tant que visiteur aux SwissSkills. \u00abL&#8217;ambiance est cool. Il y a beaucoup de jeunes professionnels et professionnelles motiv\u00e9s qui travaillent calmement, m\u00eame si une certaine nervosit\u00e9 est perceptible.\u00bb De plus, les candidats et candidates sont tr\u00e8s bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. La collaboration au sein du jury est excellente. \u00abNous nous connaissons depuis longtemps, cela fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 34%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Beni Hosang, Ecole professionnelle Richemont<\/strong><br>Pour Beni Hosang, c&#8217;est \u00e9galement une premi\u00e8re. \u00abL&#8217;ambiance est sympa et c&#8217;est un plaisir de regarder ces talents \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153uvre.\u00bb De belles \u0153uvres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es. \u00abNotre stand attire un public nombreux. Experte pour la premi\u00e8re fois, elle a pu d\u00e9couvrir l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement sous un autre angle. \u00abLes images d&#8217;autrefois me reviennent \u00e0 l&#8217;esprit. Je compatis quand quelque chose ne fonctionne pas. Pour moi, c&#8217;est beaucoup plus d\u00e9tendu, c&#8217;est cool!\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 34%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Paolo Loraschi, Confiserie Al Porto SA,<br>Tenero (TI)<\/strong><br>\u00abC&#8217;est formidable de voir la lueur dans les yeux des candidats et des candidates lorsqu&#8217;ils d\u00e9montrent leurs comp\u00e9tences.\u00bb Dans le m\u00eame temps, le repr\u00e9sentant tessinois au sein du jury a regrett\u00e9 qu&#8217;aucun des 32&nbsp;jeunes en lice ne soit originaire de son canton. Nous voulons offrir une plateforme de premier ordre aux candidats et aux candidates.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 34%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Thomas Schwarzenberger, Konditorei-Confiserie Schwarzenberger GmbH, Rotkreuz (ZG)<\/strong><br>Il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent en 2014, mais en tant que collaborateur de l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont. En 2025, il a fait ses d\u00e9buts en tant qu&#8217;expert aux WorldSkills. Selon lui, les jeunes sont plus calmes et plus s\u00fbrs d&#8217;eux qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque. Il a toutefois l&#8217;impression que le coaching n&#8217;a gu\u00e8re chang\u00e9. \u00abOn remarque que certains b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#8217;un soutien \u00e9norme, d&#8217;autres non. Elle a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 que tout soit parfaitement pr\u00eat au d\u00e9but de la comp\u00e9tition. Les proc\u00e9dures sont plus simples que lors des comp\u00e9titions internationales, \u00abet en plus, tout le monde sait ce qu&#8217;il a \u00e0 faire\u00bb. Elle est tr\u00e8s d\u00e9tendue. L&#8217;ambiance est super, tout comme l&#8217;\u00e9quipe. 90&nbsp;%&nbsp;des candidats et candidates sont arriv\u00e9s bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s aux SwissSkills.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 33%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Simon Nicod, La Sarrasine S\u00e0rl, Lucens (VD)<\/strong><br>\u00abC\u2019est impressionnant de voir le niveau des candidats et des candidates apr\u00e8s seulement trois ans de formation dans le m\u00e9tier.\u00bb Pour Simon Nicod, le stand de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie aux SwissSkills \u00e9tait peut-\u00eatre le plus cr\u00e9atif et le plus attrayant. \u00abLes visiteurs et visiteuses s\u2019attardent longtemps devant les \u0153uvres et les cr\u00e9ations artistiques. Ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place ici pour les jeunes est formidable. Et l\u2019engagement de l\u2019association est impressionnant\u2009!\u2009\u00bb Il est important d\u2019investir, car \u00ab\u2009on ne r\u00e9colte que ce que l\u2019on s\u00e8me\u2009! Nous devons pouvoir motiver les jeunes \u00e0 apprendre nos m\u00e9tiers. C\u2019est \u00e9galement la raison pour laquelle je travaille chez Richemont.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 33%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Vera Stocker, Ecole professionnelle Richemont<\/strong><br>Vera Stocker a particip\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en tant que membre du jury. \u00abC\u2019est fatigant, m\u00eame quand on reste debout sans rien faire. C\u2019est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement super cool.\u00bb Elle a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 cette fois-ci. Les candidats et candidates travaillent de mani\u00e8re concentr\u00e9e et focalis\u00e9e, certains sont un peu plus nerveux que d\u2019autres. (BE)<\/strong><br>\u00abJe suis ravie!\u00bb Marion Eichenberger \u00e9tait enthousiaste. \u00abLe nouveau syst\u00e8me est g\u00e9nial!\u00bb Le nouveau concept des SwissSkills est convaincant. \u00abDans la vente, dans notre secteur, nous devons souvent \u00eatre capables de r\u00e9agir spontan\u00e9ment.
