Dans une br\u00e8ve interview, les laur\u00e9ates reviennent sur leur participation couronn\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s aux championnats des m\u00e9tiers qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s mi-septembre \u00e0 Berne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:32% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"494\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/19_1_gwenda_boesch.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-127942 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Gwenda Boesch<br>Boulang\u00e8re-P\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<br>B\u00e4ckerei Betschart, Bonstetten (ZH)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui t\u2019a le plus aid\u00e9e \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9e et cr\u00e9ative pendant le concours?<\/strong><br>Je me suis dit que j\u2019allais y arriver, que j\u2019allais \u00eatre l\u00e0 de toute fa\u00e7on, avec un bon ou un mauvais r\u00e9sultat au final, et que je devais donc tout donner pour obtenir un bon r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment as-tu g\u00e9r\u00e9 la pression du temps et le bruit dans la halle?<\/strong><br>Pour ce qui est de la pression du temps, je mets toujours les bouch\u00e9es doubles d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, ce qui me fait parfois perdre un peu le contr\u00f4le. Mais la pression dispara\u00eet d\u00e8s que je me rends compte que je vais finir dans les temps. Quant au bruit dans la halle, je pensais qu\u2019il me d\u00e9rangerait davantage, mais j\u2019ai tr\u00e8s bien r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 l\u2019ignorer, et il ne m\u2019a finalement pas du tout perturb\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y a-t-il eu un d\u00e9fi particulier qui t\u2019a pos\u00e9 probl\u00e8me, et si oui, comment l\u2019as-tu surmont\u00e9?<\/strong><br>Oui, je pense que le premier jour du concours, alors que nous devions assembler la pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition, celle-ci s\u2019est d\u00e9sassembl\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, ce qui m\u2019a beaucoup d\u00e9concentr\u00e9e. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement remarqu\u00e9 qu\u2019elle n\u2019atteignait pas la taille requise. Lors de mon apprentissage de confiseuse, j\u2019avais une cheffe tr\u00e8s gentille, qui me soutenait dans tout ce que je faisais. Ma famille, et surtout ma s\u0153ur m\u2019ont \u00e9galement encourag\u00e9e en me rappelant que j\u2019\u00e9tais capable de gravir cette montagne ou de monter cette \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De quoi es-tu particuli\u00e8rement fi\u00e8re?<br><\/strong>Je suis fi\u00e8re de tout ce que j\u2019ai pu accomplir le jour du concours. Mais c\u2019est la p\u00e2tisserie qui m\u2019a le plus plu. Pendant le concours, je n\u2019ai pas pu retenir ma joie, le dressage de ma tartelette au safran et \u00e0 la framboise termin\u00e9. J\u2019ai ador\u00e9 \u00e7a et je pense que cela se voyait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quel moment te laisse un souvenir particuli\u00e8rement agr\u00e9able et pourquoi?<\/strong><br>Le plus beau moment de la journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 lorsque j\u2019ai pu embrasser mes proches. J\u2019avais r\u00e9ussi. Cette victoire m\u2019a montr\u00e9 que les efforts et la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance fournis durant les trois ann\u00e9es d\u2019apprentissage, y compris dans les moments difficiles, en valaient la peine.
