Une d\u00e9cision surprenante, car ils auraient pourtant toutes les raisons de se r\u00e9jouir: le 13\u202fseptembre, l\u2019entreprise familiale de Barbara et Markus Montanari a f\u00eat\u00e9 ses 90 ans d\u2019existence avec ses clients. Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 la devise \u00abDe nouvelles voies, de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s en cette ann\u00e9e anniversaire\u00bb, la famille Montanari a toutefois d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de changer l\u2019orientation strat\u00e9gique de son exploitation: le 26\u202fjuillet, elle a ferm\u00e9 son unique point de vente avec caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-decision-prise-par-trois-generations\">Une d\u00e9cision prise par trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, il y a des circonstances externes, explique le boulanger-confiseur: \u00abLes exigences des clients sont toujours plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, un chantier va bient\u00f4t commencer juste devant le magasin et il faudrait investir dans le local commercial.\u00bb De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, il y a la composante familiale. \u00abC\u2019\u00e9tait une d\u00e9cision prise par trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations: mes parents, ma femme et moi-m\u00eame, ainsi que nos enfants.\u00bb La r\u00e9solution de fermer le magasin n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile ni pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9e. Ce sont les trois enfants du couple de propri\u00e9taires, Barbara et Markus Montanari, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 20, 18 et 16 ans, qui ont fait pencher la balance: \u00abIls ont choisi de s\u2019orienter vers d\u2019autres carri\u00e8res\u00bb, explique le p\u00e8re de famille. \u00abIl \u00e9tait donc clair pour nous que nous n\u2019allions pas continuer \u00e0 investir dans le magasin.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-montanari-reste-present\">Montanari reste pr\u00e9sent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La conversation t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique est interrompue par une sonnette \u00e0 l\u2019autre bout du fil, Markus Montanari s\u2019excuse. Sa voix retentit en arri\u00e8re-plan: \u00abNous avons ferm\u00e9 le magasin depuis le 26\u202fjuillet, excusez-moi\u2009; que vouliez-vous acheter? Un sandwich? Je vais voir s\u2019il m\u2019en reste un\u2026 Le dernier du service de livraison, disons quatre francs?\u00bb<br>Malgr\u00e9 la fermeture du magasin, l\u2019activit\u00e9 continue. \u00abNous nous concentrons sur le catering, les livraisons et la tourn\u00e9e du matin\u2009\u00bb, explique l\u2019entrepreneur.
