Fabienne Mohn, qui effectue un apprentissage compl\u00e9mentaire dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail, raconte son exp\u00e9rience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m&#8217;appelle Fabienne Mohn, je suis n\u00e9e le 27 juillet 2004 \u00e0 Berg (TG), o\u00f9 j&#8217;ai grandi et suivi l&#8217;\u00e9cole primaire et secondaire. Tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, j&#8217;ai su que je voulais devenir boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse ou gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu mon CFC de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse \u00e0 la confiserie Hirschy, \u00e0 Wil (SG), et particip\u00e9 aux SwissSkills 2023, j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt 2023 un apprentissage compl\u00e9mentaire dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail \u00e0 la confiserie Spr\u00fcngli \u00e0 Zurich \u2013 l&#8217;une des meilleures d\u00e9cisions que j&#8217;aie prises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Junior Weeks ont \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience particuli\u00e8re: pendant deux semaines, nous, les apprentis et apprenties, avons pu g\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re autonome la succursale de la gare d&#8217;Enge \u00e0 Zurich. Nos formatrices nous ont certes aid\u00e9s, mais l&#8217;essentiel de l&#8217;organisation et des responsabilit\u00e9s nous incombait. Onze apprentis et apprenties de toutes les ann\u00e9es d&#8217;apprentissage ont pris en charge le magasin. D\u00e8s janvier, nous avions fait connaissance lors d&#8217;une journ\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9quipe, \u00e9tabli des r\u00e8gles et d\u00e9fini des objectifs. Au d\u00e9but, nous nous connaissions \u00e0 peine, mais nous avons d\u00fb rapidement trouver une r\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches qui fonctionne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-repartition-claire-des-roles\"><strong>R\u00e9partition claire des r\u00f4les<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les t\u00e2ches \u00e9taient r\u00e9parties en fonction de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e d&#8217;apprentissage: les apprentis et apprenties de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e s&#8217;occupaient des commandes \u00e0 livrer le jour m\u00eame, de la propret\u00e9 et des d\u00e9gustations. Ceux et celles en deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e se chargeaient des commandes des succursales et \u00e9galement des d\u00e9gustations. En troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, nous \u00e9tions responsables du magasin, de l&#8217;ouverture quotidienne \u00e0 l&#8217;organisation de l\u2019exploitation, en passant par la cl\u00f4ture de caisse. Ce r\u00f4le m&#8217;a permis de prendre des responsabilit\u00e9s, de soutenir mon \u00e9quipe et de trouver des solutions collectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-idees-creatives-et-une-grande-motivation\"><strong>Des id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives et une grande motivation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;introduction de nouveaux produits et l&#8217;organisation de d\u00e9gustations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences particuli\u00e8rement passionnantes. Les apprentis et apprenties de tous les services ont particip\u00e9 activement aux Junior Weeks, et cr\u00e9\u00e9 des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s originales qu\u2019ils ont pris plaisir \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la client\u00e8le. Les nombreux commentaires positifs ont motiv\u00e9 et confirm\u00e9 l&#8217;engagement de toute l&#8217;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous \u00e9tions particuli\u00e8rement fiers lorsque nous d\u00e9passions nos objectifs quotidiens. C&#8217;\u00e9tait formidable de voir \u00e0 quelle vitesse nous \u00e9tions devenus une \u00e9quipe soud\u00e9e, qui se mettait chaque jour au travail avec enthousiasme. Ces succ\u00e8s ont renforc\u00e9 notre coh\u00e9sion et le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s de chacun et chacune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-experiences-qui-restent\"><strong>Des exp\u00e9riences qui restent<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette p\u00e9riode intense m&#8217;a permis d&#8217;acqu\u00e9rir de nombreuses exp\u00e9riences pr\u00e9cieuses. J&#8217;ai notamment appris \u00e0 prendre des responsabilit\u00e9s et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress. J&#8217;ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert que je pouvais \u00e9voluer plus rapidement que je ne l&#8217;aurais cru dans des situations inhabituelles. Cette exp\u00e9rience m&#8217;a montr\u00e9 que je pouvais compter sur mes atouts, mais aussi \u00e0 quel point le soutien mutuel et la communication ouverte sont essentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Junior Weeks 2025 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pour nous tous et toutes une occasion unique de nous surpasser. Nous avons pu apprendre les uns des autres, nous motiver et c\u00e9l\u00e9brer nos r\u00e9ussites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-chance-a-saisir\"><strong>Une chance \u00e0 saisir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis reconnaissante d&#8217;avoir pu participer \u00e0 ce projet et je tiens \u00e0 remercier chaleureusement la confiserie Spr\u00fcngli, mes camarades et mes formatrices. Sans leur confiance et leur soutien, ce projet n&#8217;aurait pas pu voir le jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je recommande \u00e0 tous les apprentis et apprenties de saisir ce genre d\u2019opportunit\u00e9. On y apprend non seulement beaucoup sur le m\u00e9tier et le quotidien de la vente, mais aussi sur le travail d&#8217;\u00e9quipe, la responsabilit\u00e9 et soi-m\u00eame.
