Pendant les pr\u00e9paratifs, l\u2019accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et la protection de la sant\u00e9. Lors de la visite avec l\u2019inspectrice du travail, le principe STOP a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des mois de pr\u00e9paration, l\u2019espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux championnats \u00e0 Bernexpo a \u00e9t\u00e9 termin\u00e9 \u00e0 temps comme chaque ann\u00e9e. Pendant les SwissSkills, les visiteurs ont d\u00e9couvert les m\u00e9tiers de la boulangerie et de la confiserie. L\u2019organisateur a demand\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation des risques bien avant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Il fallait s\u2019assurer que les exigences du salon bernois \u00e9taient respect\u00e9es. Les participants et les collaborateurs de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s des num\u00e9ros d\u2019urgence, du point de rassemblement et des moyens d\u2019extinction disponibles. A la fin du montage, le stand a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par une repr\u00e9sentante de l\u2019inspection du travail de Berne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mesures-stop-aux-swissskills\">Mesures STOP aux SwissSkills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la pr\u00e9paration, le principe STOP habituel a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 (voir Panissimo 11\u2009\/\u200925)\u2009: l\u00e0 o\u00f9 c\u2019\u00e9tait possible, les dangers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9chauds \u00e0 gaz ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s par des plaques \u00e0 induction, par exemple. Les risques li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9cipients sous pression ou aux instructions pour changer les bouteilles de gaz ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Au niveau des mesures techniques, des appareils de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s. Leurs dispositifs de protection permettent d\u2019\u00e9viter de nombreux sc\u00e9narios d\u2019accidents possibles et de r\u00e9duire le temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 expliquer les consignes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les mesures organisationnelles, une br\u00e8ve formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e aux participants. La veille des championnats, ils ont re\u00e7u une introduction au concept d\u2019urgence et aux machines mises \u00e0 leur disposition.
