Il s\u2018agit de cr\u00e9er, dans les r\u00e8gles de l\u2018art de la confiserie et de la chocolaterie, un pralin\u00e9 contenant<br>du gin d\u2018une distillerie suisse, avec ou sans alc ool. L\u2018initiateur du concours est Patrick Zbinden, pr\u00e9sident du jury et ambassadeur du pain et du chocolat de l\u2018Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs SBC. Il organise cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 succ\u00e8s en collaboration avec la SBC et les distillateurs suisses. Tous les membres de la SBC sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 participer.
