Le cahier des charges comprend\u2009: deux sortes libres de mignardises (minimum 25 pi\u00e8ces), un entremets \u00e0 base de mascarpone, dix p\u00e2tisseries libres identiques \u00e0 l\u2019entremets, quatre sortes de bonbons chocolat tremp\u00e9s (min. 25 pi\u00e8ces de chaque), une sorte de bonbon chocolat moul\u00e9 (min. 35 pi\u00e8ces), une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 chocolat \u00e0 base de liqueur d\u2019\u00e9corces d\u2019oranges (min. 25 pi\u00e8ces) et une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en entreprise mais assembl\u00e9e sur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux jurys \u00e9valueront les candidats et leurs r\u00e9alisations, l\u2019un durant la production et le second \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation.
