Cela tient \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement, mais aussi \u00e0 une famille soud\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sc\u00e8ne semble tout droit sortie d\u2019un film\u2009: les vagues viennent se briser contre le mur, les montagnes et les collines \u00e9mergent au loin de l\u2019eau, et le ciel est gris, couvert d\u2019un voile de nuages. Mais l\u2019ambiance de vacances est bien l\u00e0. Et comment! Un bateau passe alors sur le lac; Patrik et Manuela Dahinden, fr\u00e8re et s\u0153ur, sont toujours aussi heureux, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s toutes ces ann\u00e9es. L\u2019arri\u00e8re-grand-p\u00e8re de Patrik et Manuela, Konrad Dahinden, tenait la boulangerie en parall\u00e8le d\u2019une scierie situ\u00e9e dans le bas du village de Weggis. A l\u2019\u00e9poque, il y a plus de 100 ans, Weggis \u00e9tait en train de se transformer progressivement en station thermale. Aujourd\u2019hui, la \u00abSagist\u00fcbli\u00bb en t\u00e9moigne magnifiquement. On est assis pour ainsi dire \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019une pile de bois de sciage int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le mur. Cette pi\u00e8ce domin\u00e9e par le bois est situ\u00e9e juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du caf\u00e9 baign\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gastronomie-de-la-boulangerie\">Gastronomie de la Boulangerie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNous sommes avant tout une entreprise de restauration\u00bb, explique Patrik Dahinden, confiseur de formation. Il est responsable de la boulangerie, tandis que sa s\u0153ur Manuela s\u2019occupe principalement de la restauration, mais en cas de besoin, tout le monde met la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Le fr\u00e8re et la s\u0153ur ont repris l\u2019entreprise il y a environ trois ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pains-au-levain-excellents\">Pains au levain excellents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es encore, Patrik Dahinden voyait plut\u00f4t tout en noir: aussi bon que soit l\u2019emplacement du caf\u00e9 Dahinden, sur la promenade de Weggis, le pain ne se vendait pas bien. L\u2019emplacement n\u2019\u00e9tait pas id\u00e9al pour vendre du pain au quotidien: le caf\u00e9 se trouvait en effet un peu \u00ab\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart\u00bb, dans le bas du village de Weggis, sans bureaux ni arr\u00eat de bus \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"752\" height=\"712\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/17_2_dahinden_brotgestell.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-126363\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>S\u00e9lection de pains au levain prim\u00e9s<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, Dahinden tenait beaucoup \u00e0 son pain.
