Les consommateurs appr\u00e9cient que le choix et la disponibilit\u00e9 ne cessent d\u2019augmenter. Cela ouvre aussi de toutes nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s dans la transformation et la vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le message que la CI Epeautre transmet aux consommateurs avec la marque PurEpeautre rev\u00eat une importance capitale. La communication sur les raisons pour lesquelles nous cultivons le PurEpeautre avec passion et cr\u00e9ons des p\u00e2tisseries savoureuses fait la diff\u00e9rence avec les produits de masse bon march\u00e9, car celui qui vit pour ce qu\u2019il s\u00e8me, transforme et vend, a de bonnes chances de survivre et d\u2019\u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CI Epeautre c\u00e9l\u00e8bre cette ann\u00e9e son 30e anniversaire. J\u2019ai eu le privil\u00e8ge de cultiver, transformer, vendre et repr\u00e9senter fi\u00e8rement le PurEpeautre dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pendant un tiers de cette p\u00e9riode! Il y a 10 ans, j\u2019ai sem\u00e9 mon premier PurEpeautre. Tout a commenc\u00e9 lorsque je cherchais une culture qui convenait \u00e0 ma petite exploitation agricole de l\u2019\u00e9poque. Depuis notre exploitation a pu se d\u00e9velopper et le PurEpeautre s\u2019int\u00e8gre encore parfaitement dans notre rotation des cultures et notre fonctionnement. Cependant il y a eu des parcelles o\u00f9 le PurEpeautre s\u2019est moins bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en raison de la nature du sol. C\u2019est ainsi que l\u2019on apprend \u00e0 chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CI Epeautre continuera \u00e0 relever chaque ann\u00e9e un d\u00e9fi exigeant sur le march\u00e9. Les prix et les quantit\u00e9s doivent s\u2019harmoniser, les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et les s\u00e9lections sont \u00e9galement d\u2019une grande importance et sont suivies avec attention par diff\u00e9rents acteurs du march\u00e9. Bien que les attentes concernant les nouvelles vari\u00e9t\u00e9s soient \u00e9lev\u00e9es, un changement trop radical ne serait probablement pas appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par les transformateurs et les consommateurs.
